Bluebear54's GPL 2016/17: Ross County v Rangers - Sunday 06/11/2016

Ross County 1 - 3 Rangers FGS Holt -
It will potentially double the existing 81,478,201 shares 2/3 on a pre-emptive basis and 1/3 on a non pre-emptive basis. Given they can call a GM anytime and propose a special resolution gunslinger is technically correct, it's possible to increase the equity without issuing a prospectus (we did so via the Open Offer method) but that iirc has a limit of £5m.

I was just questioning some of your suppositions feel free to answer it may even as someone said to me the other day "stimulate the debate". With AGM's being a mandatory annual event and non pre-emptive rights automatically expire at the AGM following the one in which they were granted I guess they always will be around some corner or other. I'm not saying anyone will be found guilty of anything. May as well ask how long is a piece of string or how long does it take a parcel from Belfast to reach Fraserburgh? I've always taken the view it's up to each individual to buy or not to buy don't you?

Oh I'm sure you have a myriad of other ways to pass the time!

Perhaps, perhaps not, but we should have a better understanding come close of play on December 2. Nest season is the last season of the Puma deal, who knows they may decide its not worth the time and effort. How has too much time passed? The case hasn't even gone to trial yet? Hows he doing in his court actions against us so far? Every avenue hasn't been exhausted though has it? "The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine".

Last year there has the dis-application resolution passed there was a strong possibility that Ashley could have launched a legal action against it which would have at the very least severely delayed it's implementation or even negated it completely. This time what they've done with a 2/3 pre-emptive 1/3 non pre-emptive split is actually the investment industry best practice recommendation which means it would be pretty nigh impossible to get a court to stop. It also puts what was known as the "Easdale Bloc" under a bit of pressure as even if the were to take up their rights they'll probably still be diluted, not certain if those 10.4% shares which are subject to the S.793 notice can even participate but think it'll make little difference anyway.

Board have been quite cute here, explains why they weren't too concerned last years dis-application just fell short.

Perhaps it's the fact that he appears to be Dave King's go to journalist.

Looked in there many times as no doubt you have too. Didn't look to be lacking much to me on Saturday albeit that's from my pitchside worms eye view, how did it look from your padded seat? Pity you'll miss the AGM or you could've asked the question yourself. I imagine we'll see some conversion of the outstanding loans and a rights issue (both at the same price) Certainly looks that way though DK can barely be blamed for that fiasco. Perhaps we'll have a better understanding of just what's what in that regard after the next batch of courtroom jousting providing the case isn't held in camera. Always has been always will be. It does, but it shouldn't even be factored into the equation it should never be considered anything other than a bonus as if our business plan needs to factor in CL money then we're absolutely f*&ked. True but we've certainly a hell of a lot more than we had 18 months ago for a relatively modest outlay. There isn't but there's enough of those with an emotional tie to see us through. I'm sure you'd place your proxy in very trustworthy hands indeed. Thank f*&k we had three bears agreeing. Indeed they did and while undoubtedly the preference would have been to purchase directly from the Club and ergo invest directly into the Club there are sound logical reasons behind the actions of both Club 1872 and MA doing what they did though for polar opposite reasons. You of course mean non pre-emptive issues. Of course there will in probability (depending on various factors) be a dilution (I'm sure you've read my musings on that subject in another thread) but there well may be an avenue to mitigate that to an extent. My heart bleeds, I trust the move from foie gras to black pudding wasn't too painful!

To me one of the most bizarre things was that our own keeper wasted more time than theirs, had several opportunities to have a quick throw out only to change his mind and hold on to the ball for what seemed like an eternity then eventually punt it up the park.

Don't think the drug problem is nearly as bad as it was though it still exists it's not much different from practically anywhere else in Scotland now in that respect.

On a pimple on the arsehole of civilisation known as Fraserburgh.

We're 18 months into rebuilding an entire Club. With the best will in the world progress will never ever be in a straight upward line. As much as we think we have a sense of entitlement people need to realise we simply don't.

Ooooops thought it was Waghorn they wanted been a long fkin day 3 1/2 hour drive to Ibrox turned into a 6 hour trip from hell after beeing virtually parked on the M73 for over 2 hours .....:facepalm: For the avoidance of doubt I think anyone wanting shot of Warburton is a myopic clown!

See for yourselves . About as much a foul as the one given against Tavernier at Pittodrie .
