what about the fine they can give us?

CG has put it in, so only he can decide what is acceptable. It depends on how he wants to buy the club, if he can!
Thanks. If he is a "good guy" then i'd hope he'll remove that clause if we do get stung

It's in the CVA proposal, Frank. 4.22.6 maybe?
Ok, this kind of thing is above me. In Laymens terms, is it a "law of the land" or is it part of CG contract with admin therefor can be brushed aside if he wants?

I've read that being banned from the Scottish cup will effect a CVA being accepted as we need to be in all competitions?
How true or false is this?

I hope no one has to go home via the erskine Bridge tonight?

Hopefully this ruling pricks the ears of a few solid investors.............

Graham Spiers @GrahamSpiers
This rumour of #rangers going to the Court of Arbitration for Sport over the SFA is utter tosh. The club wouldnâ??t have a leg to stand on.
I cancled another golf outing for him on monday too.
me>"Hello, it's Graham Spiers, i'd like to cancel my 4 ball tomorrow, i'm real sorry i have to go away on business"
Turnberry starter" No problem Mr Spiers have a good trip"

I still don't see what the big deal is, end of the day if we come out of this with a CVA we are paying back a HELL of a lot less than we should be with all the debt we are potentially paying off at pennies in the pound. No pleasing some people I tell you.
And it's not as if we had an abundance of options

yeah, it's nice to see that there's an incentive to avoid a newco, although as has been poiinted out, HMRC may make a non-financial decision.
I can't wait to talk about a dodgy offside or how good a new £2M signing is when he tracks back to clear the lines

Schedule 4 sets out it quite clearly.
Estimated Funds Available for Unsecured Creditors
CVA 4,967,284
Newco 953,284
Liquidation Nil
Who would vote against a CVA?
When you put it like that it settles me down some what

Havnt laughed so much in years. What complete claptrap. Murray not once ever put his hand in his pocket for US, never ind for anyone else.
Wowzers. You really need to get out more if that really is the case. At the time it was kicking about and does make logical sense. Not sure what age you are, but if you were old enough you'd have heard it

Strong rumour at the time was it was DM that gave Fergus the cash to bail the tarriers out as he knew if they did go to the wall rangers wouldn't be far behind

"Hello, Turnberry. It's Graham Speirs. I have a booking for Monday the 28th, i've got to go away on business, can you cancel my 4 ball please?"
"Certainly MrSpeirs"
That was the last call made on my phone yesterday evening around 3pm UK time

Green has stated the same claim, though I think he said England, not just Championship.
I thought Boro were the bench mark for other teams? They got right out of debt and have stayed on a level playing field since?
edit= I've asked my Boro mates for info. Not that it matter much

I'm sorry but I still feel this is playing into the hands of our enemies. Ok say these names are legit and they published (along with address details). What are we meant to do with this info? Bombard their business'/houses with pitchforks and torches?
When someone gets doxed, hookers and rent boys are a fav to send to their doors

In all honesty i don't think the religion of the lawyer the SFA have employed will make one bit of difference. It's paranoia by Bears IMO

Childish.....but would be comical.
I did it for Gailes, Turnberry and Dundonald over the last year.

That's actually pretty funny.
I'm 38 on June 16th. hahahah
I'm going to draught an Email to a few clubs saying i'm a concerned member, and i find the behaviour of the mentioned Journo's behaviour on the course, deficating in bunkers, shouting obscenities at female members , and keying cars..............or is that too far?

A bit off topic but is it childish that i've been phoning up the golf clubs that Spiers informs us he will be playing at in the future and cancelling his bookings?

Don't remember that... The worst they got was a bit of laughing up of sleeves as I recall.
If we had the internet then though................................

It stems from jealousy. I actually find it flattering in a way, as it's obvious the shadow we cast over the rest of Scottish football is longer and darker than any of us imagined.
If Man U were in the same position i'd bet the Liverpools, Man City, Chelsea fans etc would be very similar

Cards on the table. Make it easy for us dumb twonks.
Will we get a CVA approved in your honest opinion?
