  1. It was the venom in which it was done that was disgusting
  2. You're only as good as the last action.
  3. 100% on that. It's a double edged sword. We get quick access to info, but it gives everyone a voice. Largely complete idiots that many are easily lead by
  4. It's the fact that we're struggling for air then a guy came in and had a genuine look yet people attacked him that amazed and annoyed me. The point is missed that there was a significant online orchestrated attack on the guy before he saw the books. There's too many naive people that can't grasp the fact that people from other continents do business differently from wee Scotland with the massive chip on its shoulder. Both need to meet in the middle. If Ng is In don't expect much from him till he gets the keys. It's the way business works there.
  5. I got it that 2 new one old. This is doing my nut in. I'm Off to punch a camel
  6. Bill Ng one of the bidders. Confirmed on ssn. Good news IMO
  7. So glad I missed the BM stuff! Only got online after a few days stuck in a camp in the desert. Was totally dejected at first. For my sanity I'm looking at the positive. BM brought a new dinanic to the equation. It looks like CW is not a problem so that pricks the ears of the circling hawks. So maybe he's a blessing in disguise in that sense?
  8. That is very refreshing to read. Good on Brian K and hopefully the haters of BM will read, take note and stop the witch hunt. Face it, BM is here, and most likely to stay for 4+ years. For him to operate well it helps if the fans are behind him and not against it, as long as he doesn’t give us a n excuse to turn on him. it’s a new and exciting time for a lot of us. So lets see what he’s got. From a personal point of view the third of May 2012 was an amazing, strange and very surreal day in my life. If you guys don;t know i work in the middle east in oil and gas. I’m a senior mechanic on land drilling rigs. I was working for the Worlds biggest drilling company, Nabors. They were fucking me about saying i’ll be back at work in 2 weeks,.......for 2 months. Money wasn;t a problem but boredom was. So about 10 days ago i applied for 2 job. One in Saudi and one i n Kuwait. I didn’t think anything of it but actually got both. i took the Kuwait one. When the press conf finished the other day from D&P, i kid you not, the second the transmission went offline, (i personally was buzzing, relived and hopeful) my phone went, like 5 seconds after the broadcast finished. It was the Kuwait company HR guying teling me my flight times and other work related stuff. In my line of work you don;t count your chicken till you have your flight ticket. So you can imagine how i felt. It was a very sureal 20 minutes of my life. The first and longest love of my life looks like it is now looking up from the bottom of Hell instead of down, and i have a very good job with a good country. Sorry to hark on and if you’ve fallen asleep i owe you a beer. That’s my story for the 3rd of may PS, my taxi for the airport will be here in about an hour
  9. He reminded me of Stewart Munro which is the biggest compliment i could give him
  10. No thanks. I find what they and the RST have done disgurting
  11. Makes sense danny. Thing is, if you’re going to put a lot of money and work into something, you wanna see it, get your hands on it or how ever you want to put that. When the malboros had us they weren’t too hands on either mind you, they did it from canada for the most part (i think) and with todays technology, well no one on here needs to be taught to suck eggs there
  12. Danny if i went on there i can guarantee you i’d give you plenty to write about Not an inch of it positive (if i was sat next to G-spot)
  13. Rumours are he’ll be in Glasgow in the next few days. lets hope so as that in itself is a big step towards trust being gained. if he tried to do this from afar it would not look good in many eyes. he has to get a feel for the place, make things personal and engage with us
  14. Bears

    Concerns

This is an attitude everyone would do well to adopt. Well said J
  15. That post got me banned from the RST Facebook page haha
  16. I wrote this on the RST FB page last night, i was pretty drunk but i do stand by it>>>>>>>>>>> RST. I'm sorry. But if BM does gain control. You need to disband. The venom you've spouted towards the guy will have been noted It's no longer a jobs for the boys FC. I know you're all Bears. But it's over for you. We need a fresh start with one supporters organisation with diplomatically appointed representatives. Miller will know who's been snipping at him, and won't forget
  17. I’ll say ,”Welcome to Ibrox Mr Miller, no win our trust and we’ll back you to the hilt, be open, fair and talkative” I feel we’re at the bottom of Hell and looking up now, not down into an abyss. As other have said he walked out the shadows, placed an open bid on the table (ok not a long term plan, i know) and walked back into the Woods. He didn’t use Cheerleaders, stayed out the press and gave TBK’s and any other bidders plenty of time to place a solid bid. I liked that
  18. Good on him. It takes bottle to do that.
  19. The fact it seems as if he’s made an unconditional bid says to me he knows what plans for sanctions, if any, that the SFA and SPL have for us. Very interesting
  20. What the fuck is the point of algebra?
  21. I work with an American company, i’ve worked in the States. They do things differently to us, and in many ways better. they want a pound of flesh, but listen to your views, if you have a better idea, they’ll use it. This guy is 65, he’s had a very successful working life that we can find easy. he’s sold a lot of stock in the last month or so bringing in $25M n cold hard cash. There’s no doubt he had cash in the bak already. We are an end of career project. he won’t want to leave us in a mess or ruin his own personal legacy by fucking us up. I’m sure of that. there has to be cuts, we have to bread our youngsters, and he will be more than aware of the clubs history, esp the last 20 years under DM and CW. He’s buying us because he thinks he can improve the Rangers. We have to be cautious, but the Bear Unit is more than cautious right now, and so we should be. The guy doesn’t deserve to be compared to CW, that’s out of order IMO as even with 5 mins spent on google you can see he’s chalk to CW’s cheese in the business world. So lets sit back and listen to what he has to say, and do it with dignity, the Rangers way.
  22. Yeah, i’m sitting here pretty happy, i think it’s more to do with relief more than anything. Even though we still have several peaks and troughs to pass through yet
  23. Press conf called for 12 lunchtime. I think at long last.........................shit got real. I’m cautiously happy and relived
  24. Miller time Accept him, welcome him, question him, be patient.
