  1. Paul Murray should have made his move for club years back if he was serious about helping us rather than sitting back and watching us decline and deplete the squad even more. I can't help but think this is all to do with Ego for some current board members and not about what is best for fans or club. If Whyte comes in and clears debt they all know they will soon be out of a job.
  2. For me Brian Laudrup is and always will be a Rangers Legend. I think we will be lucky to EVER see a player like him again in our colours. As much as I thnk Jelavic is a quality player there is just no comparison between the two
  3. We can still win league. we just have to take care of our own games and hope they slip up which I believe they will but I think it is more likely to be against Dundee Utd at home where they will drop points hopefully all 3.
  4. I'd love to see Weiss back next year I just have a feeling it won't happen though unfortunately.
  5. Perhaps i worded it wrongly mate I mean in level of abuse they receive from stands is similar, what happens off the field is totally different. Guess the point i was trying to make was that Novo's abuse was mainly put down to the rivalry between clubs and ignored by media and radio stations yet Lennon receives similar and it is highlighted and made out to e something it is not. I said earlier on another thread that I wouldn't be surprised if this was one of them behind it all trying to bring further shame on our club.
  6. Nacho Novo received a fair amount of abuse because they hated him and his love for our club IMO this is the exact same thing as what is happening to Lennon again I don't condone it and any threats against people's lives can't be taken lightly but Neil Lennon isn't the victim they would have you believe. again though this is just my own opinion the idiot(s) doing this and sending threats needs to be caught and punished in right manner. If it is one of our own then they have to realise that it is doing our club no favours at all.

He won't leave for those reasons, however I can see him leaving.

Not a problem mate, I know exactly where you are coming from with regards to not getting a shitty response. If I had to put money on it I'd say it was one of our own as well. However wouldn't be surprised in slightest if it was one of them. I just hope the Guilty Person(s) are caught soon and then we can concentrate just on the football for once.

mate everyone is entitled to their opinions I just think it stinks a bit now, at first I thought it was some moron who had just lost plot but if everything that is reported is to be believed then I can honestly see it being either a group of idiots trying to blacken our name or a group of idiots of our own variety doing opposite of what they set out to do in first place there is no excuse for this at all and in no way am I trying to play it down, I just think the whole thing is now sounding more and more like a set up

I agree I think it will come back to haunt them now as well, and I wouldn't be surprised if when guilty party who is sending threats is found out to be one of them. I had misfortune to overhear a conversation in work where two of them where talking about how UEFA's campaign and bomb hoaxes strengthens there case for joining the EPL, as they were wanted it was apparently us who weren't

I have a work colleague who goes everywhere with them and he is from Coatbridge and as soon as final whistle sounds on any negative result for them be it against us or any other team I get the usual It was refs fault, we were cheated blah blah But aye I agree with you in the fact they are worse when they have won

The thing is though it will all end up in chaos because they never lose fairly regardless of how well we play or not it will be down to a refereeing mistake I have absolutely no doubt about that. we could go out and win 4-0 and it would still all boil down to them being cheated. I just hope we go out on Sunday and Give Walter the proper Derby send off he deserves and then sit back and watch them bring out every conspiracy theory they have ever had. AGAIN
  13. Apparently we are watchin Gareth McAuley from Ipswich ? don't know too much about him myself anyone seen him play or reckon he'd be a good signing ? http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Scottish-giants-Rangers-are-ready-to-swoop-for-Ipswich-and-Northern-Ireland-centre-half-Gareth-Macauley-at-the-start-of-a-major-overhaul-article725528.html
  14. 100% agree with this Lennon annoys far too many people to just put this down to Rangers supporters as stated earlier a far more successful manager in Martin O'Neill shares same background as their current manager yet never experienced anything like TLB is now. but that is ever mentioned as it doesn't suit the agenda they are working on just now to discredited our club at every opportunity.
  15. TBH a fresh start is probably what we need now if Paul Murray and say Dave King were right men to take club forward they should have acted years back rather than allow us to continually downsize in fashion we have. I am not saying Craig Whyte is a saviour type either because no one really knows anything about him, but why not let him buy club clear the debt and rid us of SDM and then put a proposal into him and say allow us to invest in future of club that way Paul Murray and Dave King will have some sort of say on how things pan out.
  16. No one deserves this sort of treatment It is however interesting that it makes front page news all the time yet when Nacho Novo's address was posted on forum and the like it hardly got a mention. This IMHO is a case of them trying to build up a bit of sympathy for Lennon from outside of their own place. I also love how it is always reported in a way to say it is happening because he is challenging for league and the people responsible are trying to unsettle him, because I don't ever remember Martin O'Neill experiencing teh same treatment yet he and Lennon have very similar backgrounds
  17. Agree with this also The business would have been better off done behind closed doors, but the media have revelled in this and have taken every oppurtunity to go to print with a negative story especially at a time when we face a difficult or important game.
  18. Exactly mate his silence is worrying LBG were quick to get their response out when they had fingers pointed at them. The club have to issue some sort of statement today and preferrebly before the game tonight
  19. Hasn't AJ already stated he will step down once a takeover is complete ? and McLelland is due to leave also it reports are to be believed so that would IMHO rule out them delaying to save their own jobs.
  20. I hope you are right. Just wish they'd realise the games they are playing are also playing with a lot of peoples hearts as well. sooner this is finalised one way or the other the better Ally must be dreading thought of more delays, how is he expected to plan ahead when we don't know what budget is/will be available
  21. Frankie What is your view on it now ? do you feel this deal is now dead or do you suspect some other twist ? another season of downsizing and cost cutting will hurt us, we won't compete after losing the likes of Davis and Bougherra and possibly McGregor in summer which IMHO is extremely likely with no takeover.
  22. I'd put him on bench but wouldn't risk him unless he if 100% fit I feel we will need as many fit players as possible in run in.
