  1. They can always have Soor Papes and Lennon Puff. To be consumed by lashings of Bile. Or, theres always the Killie Pies and Jam Tarts.
  2. I believe we have to support this stance. It is our most powerful weapon. There will be those who try (deliberately or otherwise) to undermine these efforts. The ones who say that "I -have-never-missed-an-away-game-and-the teaam-needs-my-support" bullshit in order to mask their own selfishness, will hopefully not be in such numbers as to undermine any boycott. We can do this. We must do this; or at least use anyweapon we can. In nearly 60 years of following The Rangers, I cannot remember any such concerted effort by other clubs to bite the hand that feeds them. And we do. Do not doubt it. Let them all feel the full weight of our wrath, and let this be biblical in its proportion.
  3. There will always be the "I-haven't-missed-an-away-game-for-thirty-years" brigade but I doubt if their numbers will be of such significance as to dilute in any way the effect of a truly organised boycott. I'm all for this. Furthermore; I would say that this boycott should start now for what away games we have this season, just to let them see what is in store for them - and yes, I do include the Midden.
  4. This seems like one of those non-stories the press have been sitting on for some time and decided to publish as it was getting close to end game with the administrators. A spoiler, I think they call it. An insult to intelligence, I call it.
  5. A well thought out precis. However; I would take issue with your pen-picture of the Americal, Miller. You did not mention as one of the 'cons' that he was an ex-bankrupt? I also agree with the assertion that Ticketus would lose a court case due to their lack of diligence in lending Whyte 24m (or whatever) without any evidence of collateral.
  6. Surely both STV and BBC would have verified their story before announcing it?
  7. He's only postng what everyone else, excet those who suffer from selective myopia, could see.
  8. I think this is just this buffoon getting his excuses in early.....just in case.
  9. If the same scenario developed with Rangers, would you be happy?
  10. It was a well written piece but as far as I could see, nothing was said that has not already been said in one form or another.
  11. like to know what kind of dignity it is you have when you refer to our own ground as a 'midden'? Now you're splitting hairs. It is not uncommon for people to refer to their 'ain midden'. It is merely a figure of speech, nothing else.
  12. Was there not an accusation of Bribery in relation to one of their games in the CL?
  13. I don't think it matters anymore what Whyte says. He is finished at Ibrox. There is simply no way back for him after taking the precipitate action that he did and, the events leading up to that action - unpaid tax, VAT, etc. I think he himself knows that barring a miracle, he has sat in the director's box for the last time.
  14. Applying Lemon's logic, does this mean that all offside decisions given before the offside rule was changed, no longer count and will all trophies won by the pond scrapings as a result of dodgy decisions in their favour, be forfeited. Look, I know it's a stupid suggestion, but Lemon started it. :-)))
  15. On my first occasion I had the pleasure of seeing the Rangers Greats Young and Woodburn. Bill Struth was still the manager then, too. Not yesterday. :-)))
  16. I hope not. I acept that Ally has been a great servant to the club as a player, but as a manager he is woefully inadequate. His tactical naievete is an embarrassment. Fair or not, I do expect better.
  17. No chance. English clubs have made it perfectly clear that they do not want us. Or, to be more precise, they don't want celtic and associated baggage. If somehow we were able to get in - at whatever level - the pond scrapings would start to whine that they should be there as well and, with Liewell and his pocket puppet Regan screaming like a spoilt wean, it would more than likely scupper whatever chance we had.
  18. In Jackson's desire to BE the story as opposed to providing his dwindling band of readers WITH a story, he often forgets quotation marks. This is just another non-story from this buffoon.
  19. Not for nothing are they known as the Scottish Nazi Party - Crypto-Facists, the lot of them
  20. There is not a big company anywhere in the UK that does not have small claims raised against them on a daily basis. This was just a small firm looking for their 15 minutes of fame and a bandwagon to jump on. I hope Rangers do not conduct any future business with them.
  21. They really are so gracious. It's a constant with them. Sporting Integrity FC - well named.
