  1. If nothing else, at least Wallace was sober when representing and speaking on behalf our club. And it must be our club, as he continually said "your club"- all weekend. Unless he lies?
  2. Come on then, the floor is yours. Explain the reasoning for and the facts behind your statement.
  3. Just look for the millions that were not specifically addressed.
  4. RFFF one happened but not all of the committee were present. The VB are too busy going through the names on the petition Mr Hannah got yesterday I would imagine.
  5. Wallace defended the 70 million, did you read his 5 month review? The scare line is fact, they blew £70 million in 18 months. When all else fails, stick to what we know, the facts, and not future hypotheticals The same people are there, making the same decisions. Wallace is just an astronomically overpaid, powerless puppet. Obviously I missed the bit earlier in the thread where it said none of the ST money is going to the club.
  6. Of course the club cannot run on fresh air, that is a fact as you say. But it also does it need £70 million for 18 months. Sorry, it seems that is also factual. That is the point, no need to point out it obviously needs money when you look at the shareholders actions. And I say that as someone who has contributed to their slush fund.
  7. He must be at his mum's or holed up in a hotel. But he is not going home until the club is sorted. Patience required.
  8. One of the problems I had, during the many times I wondered what was best to do, was that the board can do whatever they want whenever they want. There are no Rangers men on the board and if they want to sell the crown jewels they will simply do it - assuming they get a buyer. If they so wish they will at least secure it with one of their own so the support has no control over it. At the end of the day, one way or another, they will get money on the way out. Whether King likes it or not. And tbh, King does not seem too concerned, does not have a notable interest in the company and has said diddly squat for near 2 months now. A bit like the when the requisitioners agreed to the delayed gm, King appears to playing right in to Greenco's hands.
  9. This I believe, Gough has previous for it. Due to his antics with Whyte, how he spoke at a function I attended and addressed the support present - long after most had Whyte sussed - it would not surprise me at all if he is playing the part to get a job. When Gough was named with Dave King I decided there and then I absolutely would not sign up to any trust / scheme / company they put forward. In fact, after weighing up the pros and cons and considering all factors, I have paid for 2 of the renewals I have. And the silence from King was a factor. I am not totally comfortable with that decision but after months of debate and looking at all contributing factors, that is where I am. I do not know where King is. Fwiw, our rsc has just passed 50% renewals now. Although the remainder are definite no's.
  10. Yes I would have refused, no question. I was impressed with Green's opening speech the day of the St Johnstone game but a little research and Green himself took about a week to change that opinion - drastically. We also have a chap in our rsc who is well up on that kind of stuff. I lost £20,000 when Rangers FC went into liquidation, never bought a single share in the ipo yet will happily buy into the club again if I feel it is right. I also told all of my friends and rsc members who asked not to touch Greenco with a barge pole. Did you spend any 70p's funding Greenco / McCoist's corporate rape of RFC?
  11. Too little too late, ready to listen failed from the word go - when it was open to any tarrier to reply. They would need to start from scratch. Waste of time.
  12. He barely had time to have a shit and wipe his arse between addressing the support in the Ibrox suite to endorsing Greenco at the top of his voice. You are correct though, possibly McCoist's biggest mistake in all of this was the "I dont check my bank statement or know what I am paid comments." But it does not make him aloof, it shows the contempt he has for the Rangers family, perfectly understandable when you put it alongside his 1 Million shares @ 1p when the supporter in the street paid 70 times that. Those 2 issues show it as it is. "However, he was assured that the club had money, he was assured that everything was fine. So should he have refused the package he was offered back then ? I'm not sure many of us would have done. It is easy for us to say we would work for Rangers for half of this or a fraction of that without being in that position." That in itself is quite unbelievable. Was it okay for McCoist to pay 1/70th of what the fans paid because his mate Chuck said it was fine? So is that the defence? Wow. All it does is show McCoist was in bed with Greenco. Words are cheap, actions are much easier to follow. But mark my words, when he finally listens to people, realises how thick he is and gives the shares away to a fans group - because he has no other sensible option - he will be a bigger hero than ever. Win win for McCoist. Pity he never started like that, Malmo and Maribor were not win win and should have seen the inexperienced, unqualified, jobs for the boys chap sacked after a month. Best I take myself out of this debate. There are facts aplenty known about this saga, people are choosing to do anything rather than admit what McCoist did - exactly the same as Greenco. It is simply that some people do not want to accept that McCoist the player has done such things. Most of them believe he has been a tremendous manager as well.
  13. What hoopy forces then? And yes, I do know it is difficult to believe what McCoist has done. So name your hoops please.
  14. Considering McCoist's part and massive financial gains at huge cost to the fans IPO and ST expenditure, even he would not have had the brass neck to push his mate Chuck for more. No, he simply lay with the dogs and did exactly what Greenco did for the same ends - personal financial gain. I should have made my sarcasm clear, but I honestly thought it was particularly obvious. I apologise. McCoist has handled himself very badly in all of this, yet the stout defence he gets regardless of his actions and the damning evidence shows he is bullet proof. Seems most people would let him shag their missus and offer to pay him for it. At least he does not lack experience or qualifications in that department, unlike when he accepted his current over paid gig
  15. You are forgetting the small matter that Greenco were finished without McCoist selling STs - which he knew and had already refused to do, very publicly. It is not akin any normal share issues / employee options. By your reckoning, McCoist should have held out, he could have got 3 or 4 times the price he did for his integrity.
  16. Green? How can you be worried about what Green has done and what is in his hands? He simply used Rangers, taking the piss out of the fans who bought in the ipo at 70p and all the STs McCoist sorted, to secure his own and his family's future. And actually shared a bit of it. Top man. McCoist and Green, partners in the sting. But it is okay for McCoist to do it yet Greenco are sleazeballs. You are right about one thing though - it was a golden opportunity for McCoist. Pity he used the loyalty and trust of fellow bears to pay for it. Morally bankrupt, a multi millionaire yet soul-less with not a shred of integrity.
  17. If your only defence of McCoist is that all his critics would have done the same - then I pity you.
  18. Wow, McCoist must have been sick when they were only 70p at float. And the price for his integrity is ironically going down all the time because he is inept at the job he was gifted without experience or qualifications. Still, he will be a hero again when, now that there is little value in them, he hands them over to a fans group and says he only ever did it for them. And the 3 wise monkeys will hail McCoist and put him back on his pedestal.
  19. The share price was going yo be £1 when McCoist bought his for a penny. Laxey paid the pound a go. And you are telling me McCoist never financially raped the club because he did exactly the same as Greenco? They all raped the club. Your first, highlighted, sentence is excellent though. The fans got stung for 70p from Green indeed. They were, however, not bought off. McCoist was bought for a million @ a penny. To compare the fans who were duped into 70p a pop by Green to McCoist getting a million 1p gifts is pathetic.
  20. Funny as hell. The club was floated at 70p, was going to be £1 when McCoist got his. The fans paid the 70p a pop. He never invested in the club, he sold his soul for £690,000 of free shares.
  21. A million shares @ 1p each, a corporate rape the same as Green, Ahmed, Hughes amongst the 19 million share pillage.
  22. It was not an attack on Mccoist at all. A few facts and nothing to do with hearsay, rumour, innuendo and half remembered events or 20/20 hindsight But you can tell what I said that is not true. But to make it easy, with regard to McCoists integrity, tell me he never said to the fans at a meeting in the ibrox suite - along with Greenco - that he could not tell us to buy season tickets. Then tell me he never raped our club for a million shares for 1p and told us to buy STs to get Greenco off the ground. Exactly the same as Green, Ahmed, Hughes etc did. Integrity and honesty, you have to laugh. Expected us to believe he never looked at his bank statement and was shocked to know he was being paid £800k plus for the fourth tier.
  23. That was the idea but I was a bit worried about posting it. After amms' stunning 5th paragraph, I thought he perhaps was the new Mrs McCoist
  24. My 70 odd year old mother would have steered us to two straight promotions and the brink of a return to the top flight. Yet she does not even use a sledgehammer to crack a nut. But. Is this the man who won't walk that never knew that he was getting paid over £800k a year? Yet the same guy who wanted his pay reinstated fully after the admin debacle? The man who told us in the Ibrox suite - in the company of Green, Stockbridge et all that he could not tell us to buy season tickets but a few weeks later changed his mind and set Greenco on their way when otherwise they would have been finished before they begun? The man who by sheer chance got a million shares @ 1p a pop in the short intervening period. Best we do not start on his performance as a manager. Even after the Kaunas learning experience with his buddy Walter, he contrived to take Malmo for granted, could not prepare his players, lost all discipline and blew CL qualificaton. The first task he had as our manager. And the same man who went drastically downhill from there, impossible as that seemed to be to achieve. No wonder he never walked away, his soul was bought. Cheap as well, as far as Greenco was concerned. Perhaps similar to a lifelong bluenose refusing to sign for us because he loved us too much. Or the likes of Sunderland offered more dosh perhaps.
