Gradual repayment and 'we went our money now'.
Hardly a small difference.
repayment terms are vastly different certainly.

bitch slapped and they know it.

I can't see the difference except the repayment terms.

Of course we couldn't, we could not have had this all done and dusted in the time frame to be eligible for europe. We were never getting our accounts signed off in time.
whyte and grier seem to disagree.

it seems to me d&p agree this should be quick simple and cheep.
so why isn't it. we could be in Europe next year if it was.
if fees had been kept to 500k then a buyer would with the jela money only have had to bid a few million to get us to the numbers proposed today.

if green fails its d&p we need to question not green.

Apologies.
I've told you before no need to appolgise to me. I make the odd mistake myself.

You could be right. There seems to be a lot going on behind the scenes that we are not privy to.
bk definately said he was paying d&p and funding the club seperate to the 5 million.
of course the kicker could be the lawyers fees or any number of things.
bk will know if he feels he's been wronged its up to him to day so.
I doubt he will unless the cva fails.

On that note, have D&P open proceedings against BBC Scotland yet?
case to be heard alongside whyte v BBC and king v sdm.

Creditors are due the CVA proposal, not much else as far as i'm aware.
pretty sure any creditor can challenge it so we must be due pretty much everything.

Frankly, they don't have to explain anything. Administration is meant to be a quiet private process generally, they've probably given more through the media than they should have.
Rangers are special to all of us but we are realistically just another business in administration.
actually a lot of us are creditors and are due answers.

Anyone think it's Whyte that's leaking the emails?
these ones perhaps yes.
perhaps d&p have shafted him. he looks the spiteful sort.

Don't totally follow/agree with what's being said. £2.4m should be used to fund the CVA, surely. They bring in debentures, but surely they are going to deal with these in the same way as Green? Football creditors - I presume that these will require to be paid by the club going forward under both scenarios so bringing them in again just confuses the issue.
My way of looking at it would be the apparent way that D&P are looking at it and not the way WM way. It seems to me (and I may be wrong) that Walker Morris are trying to over-complicate the financial situation, although it's difficult to judge from a snapshot email.
I do agree that it would be simpler just to bid more and not pay the defecit etc.
I am not at all sure why they are doing that.
perhaps we don't know enough to evaluate properly.
