  1. Thanks for that info.

Raises one more question though......what if it went in our favour! The current problems could have been avoided. OK we would have been skint for a few years with the ticktus deal but, whyte would have sold out and our name would not be so tarnished.

spot on. as things stand there is no need for us to be in admin nevermind liquidation.

  2. You're not answering my point: what to do NOW? I'm not having a go at you, I'm hearing what you say. Mass protest for instance?

yes its a good start. it may or may not change things but its at very least doing something.

  3. I don't quite get what you mean? If the findings of the EBT case are not announced during the liquidation period the sale of asset money will be gone.

I was more thinking about the outcome and how this would affect EPL clubs, and their own use of EBT's

liquidation won't be over until the findings of the case are known.

  4. A bit harsh on Green as he didn't put us in this position. You obviously don't like Green but don't let your hate run your head. I am still on the fence with Green but one thing is for certain at this moment, up until now he has only tried to help the club. I can understand you are disappointed about losing your shares but your anger should be aimed at Murray and Whyte and not Green

aye maybe and maybe green and whyte are just different sides of the same coin.

  5. So what would you have had us do? There was nothing we could do to stop D&P - Whyte appointed them, they appointed Green as PB. It's all right being negative if you can suggest options at the time something happens. A certain "Maineflyer" on here campaigned relentlessly to turn us all against SDM despite there being no alternative at the time. Now it seems that the best course might have been to stick with Murray and pay our taxes etc. So - in the predicament we are now in: what should we do? Meanng us as ordinary supporters.

oh many things. I went to a protest at ibrox that about 100 people showed up to.

but mostly I would suggest when its patently obvious someone's telling lies instead of making excuses for them people make it clear that's unacceptable.

the no one else stepped up rubbish is what got us here.

  6. Many are more concerned, nay, obsessed, with certain so-called enemies, that they turn a blind eye to the crooked bastards like Whyte, D&P and Green.

that's their pals your talking about.

  7. GS this thread is about Rangers and our future not D&P, what's your views on that the Newco and potential punishment.

I have always said a newco is an utter disaster for the club.

many seem to accept it for some reason simply because it retains our history.

what can I say. some think it will be ok for green to turn a quick profit on us.

I think we've become battered wives. lost all our self confidence and self respect.

  8. Rubbish. Boss may have written an article or two about the issue but it was hardly the deciding factor in SDM selling the club to a chancer.

Fact is, the vast majority of Rangers fans, didn't question the sale to Whyte. We're all guilty in that respect.

yeah but the articles main thrust is overeating the influence of idiots on the internet.

I would say those two would fit the thrust of that article perfectly.

  9. If Whyte hadn't arrived on the scene I severely doubt if LBG would placed us in administration let alone left us facing liquidation.

they would have made sdm guarantee their loans and have left us alone.

no private business would be stupid enough to put any big club under. let alone o.e of the top 5 supported in the UK.

  10. Surprise Surprise, what's wrong the facts not suit this time.

So tell me then what difference would a TBK cva ( don't laugh at the back ) have made if any CVA was going to hinder this multi-million investigation.

you would need to ask hmrc. I suspect its to do with whytes involvement with greens cva that was the issue. perhaps se will learn more soon.

but I repeat my understanding is hmrc were on board with tbk cva and they can prove that.
