  1. This is a slight departure from the usual blog but I have noticed a lot of people saying that we should be taking note of those who kick us while we are down. Well let's do just that. If you have additions to be made then please post them on the site comments giving as much detail as possible and let's make sure we remember. http://chrisgraham76.wordpress.com/2012/02/16/the-enemies-of-rangers-football-club/
  2. New blog is up. http://chrisgraham76.wordpress.com/2012/02/14/saving-rangers/
  3. I don't think anyone would advocate trusting him unconditionally but the BBC stuff last night is just another example of the media trying to smear him without producing any actual facts. They are just bombarding him with so much negative publicity that some of it is going to stick and make people mistrust him more than perhaps his actions merit. The bottom line is that very few people know Whyte's exact plans but that is mainly down to the HMRC case in my view. The time to judge him will be when the outcome of that is apparent and unless the BBC and others produce evidence to go with their innuendo then that is the line I will be sticking to.
  4. Hi guys, First blog of the year is now up. http://chrisgraham76.wordpress.com/2012/02/05/only-show-in-town/

    Rant and a Rave

Cheers guys. The feedback has been decent so I think I'll keep it going and see how it turns out.

    Rant and a Rave

I am perhaps being harsh on the TA itself. Sadly it seems to have been polluted recently by a lot of people for whom anything OF related is to be sneered at - including the players. I also think that any organisation that allows itself to be represented by a tool like HH needs to take a look at itself. I remember a time when a large number of Rangers fans were part of the active Scotland support. I think those numbers are dwindling due to this type of attitude being presented as the official TA line.
  9. Having a shot at doing a weekly round up style blog. It's not my usual thing but I wanted to get opinions on what people thought? Thanks! http://chrisgraham76.wordpress.com/2011/12/11/rant-and-a-rave-111211/
  10. Haha! Trust me I'm getting that from plenty of people. Seems that even if you clearly highlight disparities people just call you paranoid.
  11. When you view all the incidents together I think there are some serious questions to answer for Regan and Co. http://chrisgraham76.wordpress.com/2011/12/08/rangers-get-sfa-justice/
  12. This is the root of it for me. I would never have had cause to check who he interacts with if he hadn't tarred the people he blocked with the bigot brush! At the end of the day I don't think he can reasonably be expected to check the timeline of everyone he answers but I also don't expect to be called a bigot for asking the CE of the SFA or his Head of Comms a question.
  13. Stewart Regan doesn't communicate with bigots - or does he. New blog up. http://wp.me/p1OOop-5v
  14. New blog up from John DC Gow. Reading his stuff was what got me interested in writing myself. It's great stuff - have a read. http://johndcgow.com/2011/11/30/deliberately-narrowing-the-definition-of-sectarianism/
  15. I was but quite sure he'll avoid the issue. In all honesty I don't expect politicians to look at it and change their mind. What I do expect is that the media in this country do their jobs and some actual work and start investigating these issues properly.
  16. Paul Hughes at the Sun has said he will pass it to the news guys. Few other journos and politicians have also been sent it. Not sure it will make any difference but the more people questioning this the better.
  17. New blog up on recent sectarian stats. Take a moment to read if you can. http://chrisgraham76.wordpress.com/2011/11/28/lies-damned-lies-and-statistics/
  18. A normal punter? How dare you! Seriously though that is a very good point. Although I'm now getting some abuse from Celtic fans it does seem most of it focuses on them not thinking there is anything wrong with singing IRA songs. None of them seem to be able to grasp the point which is to question why the media are not reporting this when they have reported very similar stories in the past. Stokes is on STV tonight telling people sectarianism is bad whilst in his spare time he promotes a pro IRA band and sings on stage with them. The media know this but they lap up his sound bite anyway. It's incredible.
  19. New blog up - http://chrisgraham76.wordpress.com/2011/11/16/lennon-thompson-and-stokes-join-the-roll-of-honour/
  20. Yeah I think he takes a great deal of credit for apologising. Just as the BBC are shown in an even worse light by allowing him to do it properly.
  21. Humza Yousaf has apologised to Rangers fans for comments he made on the BBC programme Call Kaye. The BBC however have denied him the opportunity to do it properly on the show. http://chrisgraham76.wordpress.com/2011/11/15/humza-yousaf-msp-apology-typical-bbc/
  22. It's been some week! Back to work tomorrow but between keeping an eye on my lad who's been ill and all this blogging nonsense I'm knackered!
  23. New blog up. More media hypocrisy and the news that "tim" is now sectarian...... http://chrisgraham76.wordpress.com/2011/11/14/singin-im-no-a-billy-hes-a-tim/
  24. Nice article mate. I scoured it for spelling mistakes but have yet to find any....which is disappointing! ;-)
