£5.5m is the most that can be raised from the asset sale as they have already done the deal with Green. If someone came in and offered £10m how could D&P legally turn that down? -

My reply was mostly tongue in cheek, but given the way things have gone so far, discount nothing!

Searching questions are being asked in newspsper articles, however, when the opportunity arises to grill them face to face, they go all coy, and we're treated to the usual puff-pieces. D&P claimed that they had been advised not to do a BBC interview by their lawyers due to the October court case against RFCG and Collyer Bristow. Strangely, that didn't stop Grier spinning in the media for the remainder of the week - aided and abetted by some tame journalists/editors. -
It would certainly fit. Perhaps Whyte and Grier had a lovers tiff on Valentines Day, with Mr Monaco getting the shitty end of the stick while MCR went on to rake it in?

If the creditors vote against the D&P figures, the courts can adjudge whether the administrator fees and charges are fair. -

Traynor's the one with the press pass. These questions have been getting asked of D&P and Green for months and weeks respectively. The biggest barrier to getting answers are the warring clans within the Rangers support. Miller was a prime example of someone who should never have been entertained, but when protest came, the links to Dingwall were far more important tgan the topic at hand. -

£8.5m for the CVA, £2 for the shares.Given the £30m total you gave, that would be £20m for working capital. Are you David Grier? -

I didn't hear that from Green, but there's been that much going on, it's easy to miss things. As far as I was aware, it was to be repaid by 2020 at £1m per year plus 'the vig'! -

TBK were never any better than Green has been so far. Frankie knows that two other groups were heavily involved, Ng pulling out and the latecomers being ignored by D&P in favour of Green. I'm not daft enough to think that we were ever going to get a sugar-daddy to run us with unlimited funds, but I would expect that whoever does take us over should put in their own cash, run us well and then sell us on to get their profit. This lot want their cake and to eat it.
