  1. I can't believe how poor Sweden were. I watched the first half and would rather have watched paint dry. Even Kallstrom was dire apart from one great shot which the keeper saved.

     

    I listened to Five Live in the car and was interested to hear the Tottenham manager talk. He was discussing how they could change things and mentioned Elmander as, "a talented player with lots of pace."

     

     

    Thats good (if we get him) we need a pacy striker now PL has gone.

    and i have started to turn off the sound at games motson is commentating.

     

    gives me the boak.

     

    I was so glad the England game was on ITV last night, i couldnt have bared listening to Motson talking about Rooney all match.... and then when he came on, he would never have shut up!

  4. Must be one of the worst World Cups in a long time. No team has looked 'unbeatable' and the first team to find its form could go all the way.

    I think its been a great WC in a while actually, some cracking goals, the underdogs pulling off a few shock results.

     

    I see what you mean though, some of the big teams arent performing like they should be.
