    C****c Treble

Let's be honest, Celtic are exactly where they ought to have been for the last 5 years given how they have strangled the life out of the rest of Scottish football. Rogers is a half decent manager who finally put the pieces of the jigsaw together in a way that works in a one horse league. What does that say about Lennon and Ronnie and how shite they were?
  2. Gordon will need to play a blinder. Can't see any real threat going forward from that lot.
  3. Couldn't happen to a nicer club. Fuck them. Hope they rot.
  4. Do these figures take account of the assault and near riot that Hibs fans were involved in at the Cup Final? One ought to think they might top the league next year, or will it get blamed on us as usual? Craig is absolutely correct. Absolute numbers like these are meaningless without considering the size of each club's fan base.
  5. More poison seeps back into Scottish football. So much for Lennon's much vaunted ability and ambition. Hibs - is that the best you can do?
  6. Your vigilance is commendable 26th. I think we know what the response from all three of these individuals would have been if Rangers fans had invaded the pitch and laid into the nearest Hibs player they could find. If Wings Over Scotland want to dance on the head of a pin to justify assault and mob rule then they need to be exposed for the hypocrites they are. if the Rev Campbell is ever confronted and assaulted the way that our players and staff were, I doubt he would be willing to concede that his attackers might have harboured some "legitimate sense of injustice" and that this somehow justified their actions.
  7. The less charitable could argue that Plod Scotland are coming close to "doing a South Yorkshire" with this story. It's a pathetic attempt to paper over their own incompetence.
  8. "Jum Spence's flame haired love child." Priceless.
  9. It certainly is. And the table shows why the Premiership is getting more even. Smaller clubs are getting a decent slice of the pie and they can afford to hold on to their best players and tell the likes of United, City, Arsenal, etc to take a hike. That wasn't the case even 5 years ago. I would love to see Rangers get a piece of this, but I can't see turkeys voting for Christmas any time soon.
  10. If you weren't on the park you would be getting zero hassle. Ever stopped to think of that numbskull? This clown is in charge of children's education......?
  11. Do they think Halliday and Wallace beat themselves up? The evidence is clear. Call a spade a spade for goodness sake.
  12. If the PFA is not going to mention their members who were subject to assault from Hibs supporters and take the authorities to task over it, what is the point of being in their union? Why no condemnation of the one side who has not apologised, or of their scumbag chairman and SFA Vice president who pretty much said it was OK?
  13. Stubbs is the only one of the senior management at Hibs who emerges with any credit from the last 48 hours but even he has not offered any apology to his fellow manager and the Rangers players. Petrie and the others are an utter disgrace. Their silence on this matter is shameful. It's not going to go away, so man up and apologise.
  14. No mention of the unprovoked assaults on footballers who were caught up in the violence and had done nothing more than play (and sadly lose) a football match. A feeble statement that looks to spin the blame equally on both sides. f Rangers fans had invaded the pitch first and lamped the entire HIbs team as they tried to get off does anyone seriously think this tosh would be the reaction from the Scottish Government?
  15. Nothing to see here, move on. Sweep. Sweep. Sweep. Rubbish! Rangers have to keep up with this. These lies have got to be confronted. Has there been any official statement of regret and apology for the assaults on fellow footballing professionals from Hibs yet? They were quick enough to have their open top parade but surely somebody should have thought, "Gosh we ought to check Warburton and his players are OK and make an apology, if only to deflect some of the penalty from the SFA." But no. Still nothing from Petrie and his acolytes.
  16. The fact is the Petrie would be the first to be demanding apologies and bans if it was our fans who had invaded after the final whistle. The man is disgusting hypocrite of the highest order.
  17. I think we all know the answer to that.
  18. Good on the Rangers board. This is a revelation. We have to stand up for ourselves. The fact there has still been no contact from anyone at Hibs to offer an apology to the Rangers players and staff who were assaulted speaks volumes. A phone call takes how long....?
  19. Police Scotland's reputation is now firmly on the line. Either they deal with this properly and pursue the trouble makers through the courts or they will be a laughing stock. There is enough video, picture and social media evidence to play with. Assault is assault whether there is "exuberance" involved or not.
  20. Suspect you are right on the first three. Plod Scotland and the SFA won't be sacking anyone in my view. They will close ranks as usual.
  21. Sorry Rousseau but if the head of media for the tories said what has been attributed to him on behalf of the Scottish Tories then he has brought politics full square into this. He has basically told us we are on our own and we should just shut up and take it while others can do exactly as they like. Had there been no pitch invasion I am sure we would have been disappointed but we would have accepted defeat without trouble as we have for other cup finals (without greeting to paraphrase our tory friend). Hibs caused this trouble not Rangers. Hibs players and coaches weren't assaulted and spat at and denied the chance to receive medals in public. If the party of union and law and order can't see that obvious fact then we are lost. God help us in the new Scotland.
  22. Spin and deflection, what would you expect from a Head of Mhedia? How about the obvious questions, (a) why were Hibs fans on the pitch in the first place? Other teams have won the cup for the first time, or the first time in ages, without triggering a riot. (b) who assaulted the Rangers players and staff? And © are you happy to condone assault and criminal damage? If so I think we should know at the next election.
  23. You would hope that disruption and violence at the showcase final of the season could not be ignored. Disgraceful and pathetic justifications from the likes of Petrie and his ilk have got to be confronted. If we had invaded the pitch first he would have been the first to organise the lynch mob against us. Even BBC Five Live are saying that Plod were nowhere to be seen until Hibs were all over the pitch. We are the victims here but watch the "establishment" of modern Scotland try and pin the blame on us. Hopefully the video and photo evidence will be so compelling that it cannot be ignored. Mind you, how many Hibs fans did you see arrested after the worst violence on a football pitch in Scotland since 1980? Plod Scotland's reputation is now on the line.
  24. Plod Scotland have got serious questions to answer after today.
  25. We didn't deserve anything from that performance today but the behaviour of Hibs fans today was a disgrace. The club has thankfully put out a strong statement but we they need to be all over the media if they try and turn any of the blame for this on Rangers supporters. So the Sun reckons Lee Wallace only got punched AFTER Rangers fans stepped on the pitch - Aye right. Who makes this shit up?
