  1. But but....everything is peachy. Stewart Milne says so. It must be true. I don't want anything to do with Celtic until we absolutely have to play them. Not this season or next.
  2. The game in Scotland is joke. Two leagues are one horse races where the only odds being offered are on the date when Rangers and Celtic mathematically clinch the respective titles. No sponsors will touch the SPL with a barge pole until the biggest team gets back there but we're meant to believe that everything in the garden is rosy. Aberdeen and their pathetic idiot of a chairman can keep sticking their heads in the sand and parroting the Liewell line for all it's worth. It won't get any more punters through their gates or shore up their crumbling finances. Hell mend them. If they went under I would happily dance on their grave.
  3. Let me try.........Hilarious!!!!
  4. Spot on DB. The Green Brigade are flouting the law in the full expectation that Celtic will do nothing to stop them. They are an embarrassment to Celtic and the image that the Celtic board and their friends in the oh-so-compliant Scottish media want to portray for the club. They remind us all that at the heart of Celtic's support are a core of nasty, hard core republican bigots and no amount of plastic paddy whitewash and jolly craicstering will hide it. Unless Celtic get serious, go beyond Peter Lawell's platitiudes and ban these clowns wholesale they will just keep doing it. They have no regard for anyone else bar themselves. Where are all the so-called "decent" Celtic supporters who apparently object to these displays and what are they doing about it? Sweet FA it would appear.
  5. Nice to see Celtic showing why Scottish football is so vibrant and dynamic at the moment. Trying not to be too Jim Spence-like in my praise, but it's clear that only getting gubbed 3-0 by Milan is a clear sign of how healthy the SPL is. Surely that's the case. It can't be otherwise....
  6. Even by the standards of idiocy at the top of Scottish football, this is new territory. The man has got to go.
  7. Is the going to be before or after their tour of Japan that's still not taken place?
  8. Not if they want to stay in business they shouldn't. This is a wind up, or somebody has screwed up big time.
  9. Terrific stuff Andy. "Outraged of Porkheid" and all the others who complain about us and the soldiers singing at Ibrox while glorifying those who would happily murder British soldiers (and anyone else they fancy, or anyone who just gets in the way) need to be shown up for the hypocrites they are.
  10. Always cheated, never defeated as ever.... Change the fucking record Lennon. Next time you're on the ground and Scott Brown deliberately pulls back his big size 11 and kicks you in the back and arm will you tell him "Fair play Scott, that was minimal contact". Muppet!!
  11. I wouldn't hold my breath. It doesn't fit the agenda.
  12. Super job D'art. Hope you get to the bottom of this vipers nest.
  13. Spence clearly holds this view and is using his position as a broadcaster to push it despite numerous ruling showing it to be false. This is not a case of "some people might think this but I couldn't possibly comment" which the BBC are trying to make it out to be. It's a case of "some people think this and I agree with them and I'm going to tell you about it whether it's been proved false or not." The man and the organisation desperately trying to cover up for him are a joke!
  14. Have to say I don't understand McCoist's comments on this. Betting on your own team to lose or draw is wrong on every level. Under Bill Struth, Black would have been out the door before his feet touched the ground. That said I hope English and his ilk will be as indignant when any other (non Rangers) player is caught having a bet. I'm not holding my breath.
  15. Agree with you totally Zappa. How Stockbridge can stay on board is completely beyond me. In terms of competence he's a joke. This isn't a recipe for progress it's a recipe for another 12 months of shit slinging.
  16. Lets just settle for "effective". There's been precious little evidence of that over the years.
  17. I'm confused by this FS (I suspect I'm not not alone). Were the SPL entitled to that money instead of the oldco creditors or have they just been able to pocket it because they knew we had to sign up to whatever deal they and the SFA wanted to impose or we had nowhere to play? However it's juggled around between D&P and Green, it smells like theft to keep the SPL afloat a bit longer.
  18. This is a disgraceful document. Why it was hidden for so long is hardly surprising. But why hardly any of the Scottish media could be bothered to investigate it and highlight the corruption and double standards at its heart is the real outrage. They aren't even playing at being journalists. See no evil, hear no evil, nothing to see here. That's why the Scottish media are a total joke.
  19. I Hope you're right Andy because we can't carry on like this. Shambles doesn't even begin to describe it.
  20. Care to give us your analysis of it Bluedell. Your opinion carries more weight than most on matters financial.
  21. Some of the best memories of my teenage years were watching Davie Cooper play. The rest of the mid 80's team were mediocre at best but he was class, pure and simple. RIP Davie. Gone but never forgotten.
  22. Bad idea. And an expensive bad idea. If we were one league up and needed to guarantee winning it to get back in the SPL, then maybe a season with Miller would be worth it. But not in this league FFS!
  23. Hate to agree but it's true. We've lost a lot more than we've gained with transfers over recent years. We're not seen as a stepping stone to better things. More like an easy meal ticket. Sadly most the current squad will probably have this view as well.
  24. How many of us said the same thing SHOULD happen after we got punted out of the League Cup?
