  1. Must be amazing being a bloke and never making a mistake.
  2. Usual headline drivel that doesn't reflect what he (appears to have) said. I quite liked Vukic but I'm not sure he is right for us at the moment. Certainly have no bad feelings towards him, he really did try to help.
  3. It's really nice to not be fearing every single court case! Glad to see the judge setting this out. Clearly stating that if Chuck can't, his appeal will be immediately thrown out. Our club is shelling out £130K in legal fees for this nonsense!
  4. Their hatred is so deep seated. I also believe there is a healthy dose of jealousy in there. We are after all the World's most successful club and have been nicely vocal at ensuring they don't forget it.
  5. Saying the common denominator in either is not an issue, but you previously said 'all muslims' would be taboo but 'all men' is OK. Common denominator does not mean that it ALL people of a gender/race/religion behave/act/believe the same way, but it DOES suggest that the majority of attacks - whether assaults of acts of terror - are committed by a certain group. You cloud the debate when you conflate two very different things. Women know that NOT ALL MEN or we'd never have anything to do with you guys lol, but that doesn't take away from the fact that when we are assaulted it is overwhelmingly committed by men.
  6. It's funny how when there is a story on sexual assault the butt-hurtedness of certain individuals is deemed more important than the facts and trauma sustained to the victims. You (if I remember correctly) have some extremely strong views on Religion so I'm not surprised you would try to tie this together.
  7. Sincere apologies Bearger, I think may have quoted the wrong comment in my reply. I meant to quote plgsarmy
  8. Did you read the article? The whole point is the incidents aren't the same. The whole point is that sexual assault and harassment is not just carried out by certain groups of men. It's not about race. She was recalling personal incidences to illustrate this. Again Frankie, you are suggesting she has to dilute her experience to appease fans because it's uncomfortable for them to hear it?
  9. So she should not mention where it happened, what the situation was? I'm disappointed that people will happily call someone a liar because it's uncomfortable. I wonder if it had been written this had happened on the way to another clubs match, if some people would be all over it.
  10. That great but your experience does not cancel out someone elses is my point.
  11. Sorry some of you are getting offended by the story but the experience she recounts is one many girls & women do face. It sucks that it is Rangers fans called in to question but groping/assault is a wider issue and I think it is wrong to assume she is a liar just because you don't like the fact it is pointed at a certain group of individuals. That aside, newspaper advertising is still expensive but it may also include advertising on S1 jobs etc.
  12. Yes how awful everyone is today to enjoy being connected, get other football scores etc. Everyone should just have a wind up radio & be happy
  13. They threw a flare on to the pitch once the game was underway. This was coordinated - you could see those at the front were purposely holding the banner up to stop identification of those with the flares. Aside from everything else, what a fucking embarrassment. Stranraer away is when they decide to do their what, show of strength? We've spent the past three years trying to come back through the leagues, our fans have visited away grounds in their thousands, giving clubs a boost. Their fans go and cause intended destruction.
  14. Have we heard anything more on this?
  15. Their treatment of workers is HORRENDOUS The stores are a tip He stuck the boot in to us, I'm more than happy to see profits dwindle and I sincerely hope part of it is due to lack of revenue from our merchandise. JD bags used to be a ned badge of honour haha, but I more than happily buy out of there now and even if nothing else it's a much more pleasant experience - their new Glasgow store on Argyll Street is great.
  16. Saying he would be willing to put that money in is not the same as saying 'I'm transferring £30 million now' and then not doing it. People need to remember we are still jumping through hoops for legals & contracts etc. The share issue vote was blocked at the AGM, I would imagine there are good solid reasons for a) not over-investing at this time and b) not wanting to take more and more loans, or make promises they can't keep. Yesterday wasn't handled well and I'm not whether RF jumped the gun on a simple conversation or if matters simply changed for Rangers upon legal advice. I have a lot more trust in this board even though we've been burned before.
  17. This is all excellent. He's an absolute wanker. Anything that exposes the way employees are treated is great, and it also helps with us. Could there be an argument now that the injunction could be moot? There is already reputation damage from these stories. Can't exactly say it would tarnish his company!
  18. why would Grant get shit for it? He actually provided good updates from the court yesterday.
  19. He's just tweeted 'Hearing Ends' so apparently the RFC QC said nothing, neither did the judge...it just abruptly ended.
  20. I've just read that this happened in front of his wife who was with him shopping. Absolutely heartbreaking for her and a wee girl who will miss her dad.
  21. That's thing, They may have but Doleman doesn't HAVE to say so. All he has to do is drop the bombshell. It's not like STV are still there.
  22. Also, there are sometimes big gaps in Doleman's tweets plus not everything said in court can be shoved in to 140 characters. Yesterday when the lawyers said it was paid, it could have been their belief it was?
  23. Potentially, there are clearing delays, but it's a much nicer soundbite to say 'short'
  24. James Doleman ‏@jamesdoleman 48s49 seconds ago Counsel for Sports Direct says RFC are still £500k short of funds to repay loan.
