Why did the rebels and indeed the fans not demand to know the name of every shareholder back at the IPO before they invested.- 49 replies

It seems the rebels are required by law to provide these details and the board are not. Are the rebels trying to change company law? Investors are entitled to annonimity unless they are trying to affect change to the company.- 49 replies

It sounds like he had budgeted more than 45M to pay off SARS and still be in a position to take control of us. He seems to believe he has got off lightly, which can only be good for us. I like the plan of strict financial governance till we get back where we belong.

Seems I'm not the only one who missed this. Todays thread Herald Q & A with Mather. Post 18. Apologies for not c&p or link, new android tablet that seems to need the fingers of a supermodel to operate.

Still news to me,don't read the rags. I read both RM and here most days, missed that one. Is there a bit missing, because it says he gives them a breakdown of where it's went which I can't see. Or is it just another pile of shite reporting.

We don't KNOW, we have been told they have spent all the cash by people determined to drive down the share price
-
Percieved incompetence by the current board has driven down the share price. The accounts will make things clearer.
-
The share price has been driven down intentionaly by McCollco. He has made it clear he won't invest himself, so who is he driving the share price down for. Only one anwer to me, King, no matter what they say in public. Dave king has chosen now to voluntarily settle with SARS because the end game has begun.

JM wanted certain changes, the board accepted some of these but were told no compromise, sounds like a dictator to me. Since when did 25% become greater than 75, bring on the vote I say. Contributing to Scotland/uk, you hit the nail on the head with THEIR taxes. Plenty foreign companies employ people in the UK, it does not give them the right to dictate who governs us. You seem to have an unhealthy obsession with the nether regions.

A mans political beliefs are his own business right up to the minute he choses to discuss them in public, that's why ballot boxes are sealed and voting booths have partitions.

I stated previously he was a non contributer so he did not have the right to dictate, same goes for PM. JM should stay out of the independance debate as well as he probably does not contribute to the country either. First it was bollocks, now it's sphincters, so much for pettiness.

Apologies for the terminology used, what else do you call someone who states. They came from another country and took control, it's time to drive them out. How would Mr McColl feel if the people of Monaco referred to him in the same manner. As for his political leanings being relevant, I don't want to see an independence seeking Scottish Nationalist ex pat controlling the direction of our club

The bank put their own man on the board to reduce the debt, Muir IIRC. Walter played a part by qualifying for ECL but complained about not being able to order stationery without the ok from Muir. The bank reduced the debt, not the board.- 50 replies

This consultant and mere employee happens to be our largest single shareholder so has more right than most to state his expectations for this season.
