    The fact SD took this action and it was stated in court this confidentiality clause was signed in Jan by SD nominated directors surely means there can be a challenge mounted as there is a complete conflict of interest here.

    they can't offer ten until they get the board to fuck. they have been played on every offer of funds by the board on the simple fact , the 3bears negotiate and put in a written offer on what the board need and the board go back to ashley and ask how we can better the offer. hence why different terms today but maybe just enough to muddy the waters

    just watched greens interview. my god that was the biggest load of pish he's ever spouted and he spouted some pish in his time at rangers. really it only confirms whats going/gone on has been the agenda from the start and they will do everything they can to hold onto the club.

    all thats going to happen is the board will put so much negative spin on kenny in the hope he quits and they don't need to pay him anything. i wouldn't be surprised if their company emails/phones are all monitored meaning they will all end up being taken to a tribunal for breach of contract. but as has been said this board can't pay for a Christmas party only legal action against rangers fans.

    A board statement said they would be transparent on all the funding offers. Still waiting for that transparency!

    looks like if the board accept the deal from ashley for the rights to the badge then legal action could follow on a few fronts. we should already be looking at taking green for all he's got left after handing out contracts to the detriment of the club.

    Now that a bailout offer of investment has been made, if it is blocked by certain shareholders that means either admin or taking Ashley's loan for the crown jewels "the badge". Which in my mind would leave the board open to legal action from other shareholders. Either way board must accept king or have another way to fund the business. Can't put the company into admin if someone is willing to invest! Surely the board have to act in the interests of the business and not just the shareholders.

    Ashley looks to be trying to absorb another brand name under his umbrella. Why would you set up a company called rangers retail rights limited on 9th sept 2014 and not put money into a struggling business in a share offering if your end game wasn't to force that business into handing over your most precious asset. He should be chased.

    No wonder.how can investors be confident of the board when they can't even sell shares to existing shareholders for 20p. The whole board should hang their heads in shame but they'll blame Wallace and give him his bonus if he keeps quiet on the way the company operates.

    Doesn't matter who they should have voted for.what matters is who they voted for, making them responsible for this clusterfuck.I don't think they are all truly stupid but their own actions have resulted in rangers being a mess.hence the question what has been their ultimate goal?

    As far as I'm concerned the institutional investors and shareholders who voted with the existing board members at the agm deserve to lose a substantial part of their investment.they took a punt buying shares, voting in again those who had already raised concerns with their actions and now share price is pish poor the club has no money and the fans their biggest cash cow are finally seeing through the charade.All because of the way they voted at the AGM.they should cut their losses and fuck right off. Unless of course there has always been some other endgame they are pursuing.....

    Is ally not telling us in that statement that "the club"(board) will sell if the valuation is met. Ally does not seem to have a say!

    Dissapointing listening to pritchard harp on about how bill miller recieved all these messages and emails with expletives. I do hope someone on the admin side are informing these bidders that they will be actively targeted by our enemies pretending to be gers fans to hurt potential bidders. Haters always gonna hate!
