  1. STILL doesn't mean he had good intentions. The hole you are digging is large

It helps me form a view, only Easdale himself knows his intentions for sure. For all the hassle they and their families have had and lack of salary not to mention their reputation being made worse than before they've certainly not gained much on the face of it

  2. It's pretty f*&king clear who got the raw deal in the Easdales plan to ingratiate and attempt to legitimise themselves in Scottish society.

They allowed themselves to be taken in, used by and eventually f*&ked over firstly by the man you yourself anointed saviour of Rangers and again by Ashley and all the time to the detriment of Rangers, but the one that really f*&ked them over is their "family spokesman" who must be absolutely pissing himself that he's found such a cash cow in Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Dumber.

Claiming they're not badly intended is a bit like claiming Harold Shipman always put his patients welfare first.

I mentioned their use of Jack Irvine in this thread before you did.

It must be understood that giving a bit it leeway to someone's character is not making them out to be wonderful or showing a desire for them to still be in position, you're well aware of my views on the previous board especially the last few weeks. I don't know the Easdales either so I completely accept I may be well off the mark.

As ever I don't believe that you should hold back an opinion because it will likely be unpopular. Although you're kind of backing up my view that they just weren't bright enough

  3. Which still suggests nothing about good or bad intentions. What option did he have ? He would have been delaying the inevitable... But you dress it up as him not having bad intentions....

The statement backed up that he hasn't had a salary from us and he's taken a sensible exit route while Llambias and Leach still seem to went to drag everything out and cost the club more money

  4. Have Dave King or any of the new Board actually claimed that they have "incriminating evidence" about Sandy Easdale or are you just making things up and essentially shit-stirring?
No, it's been suggested they do on here as a suggestion for Sandy Easdale walking away.

Personally I'd rather take it at their word that an amicable parting of the ways has been reached and move on

  5. How did the guy just appear out of nowhere with 26% proxy?

STB - I really thought you had wised up a wee bit.

I'm not saying I felt they had the talents or any long term future, and they clearly got in too deep with Ashley and co in particular. The continued association with a scrote like Jack Irvine did them no favours either.

I just struggle to believe they were badly intended, bearing in mind also they now have to continue to live and run their businesses in the West of Scotland.

  6. he's fucked off so they don't investigate him
So King and co have incriminating evidence about a Rangers director of around two years but have done a deal to not release it?

    So much for transparency

  7. Inherently you were happy, that much is clear. You didn't want him to begin with as you have beef with him. This was an opportunity.

Green WAS caught up in a racism scandal and you defended him at the time as I recall.....

You're assuming I'm happy, I think Chris has a lot of online baggage besides this and it would have been easier on us all if Paul Murray had chosen someone else, I'm never happy with the club getting bad coverage.

I said Green's comments were much of nothing and I've already said I couldn't care less about the tweet.

  8. But you reacted in glee at it being reported. It was a "yes, a chance to get rid of him" moment. As Frankie says, kind if sad to turn on our own.

I never reacted with glee, I merely said that it's hard to see him surviving this, that's the society we seem to live in nowadays.

Although let's be honest, if Easdale had been caught up in a scandal like this people would have been more than happy to use it to their advantage.

  9. But only too eager to take the side of Rangers haters over your own.

    Racist and offensive my eye.

I'm not taking anyone's side, with the bad publicity due to come of this it seems difficult to see Chris surviving at a time where we need positive PR for a change. I could be wrong.

The tweet didn't offend me in the slightest.

  10. Yehhh ok.

there's been an amicable end because he's eventually took the hint and getting to fuck.

If he's absolutely the crook that was made out though then why drop the investigation?

I've much more respect for both Easdale brothers giving up without fuss than Llambias and Leach holding out till the bitter end.

  11. Glad I wasn't in the trenches with you.

Example not even comparable. Who needs friends?

It's another example of something that seen as racist and offensive whether we agree with it or not. Personally I'm far from being PC about these things.

  12. Considering your complete lack of support for the requisitioners, I would be surprised if they personally invited you in. I did support them, I wasn't invited. I'm not butthurt about it. I'm just glad THEY are there.

So basically you're saying they were rewarding their allies rather than Rangers fans as a whole?

I did support the requisitioners as it happens albeit more on the basis of them being the better of the only two options facing is.

  13. Sorry, but I don't see that it deserves acknowledgement. I don't have a problem with people who went above and beyond getting an invite to a game, but those like you and me didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

This has arguably been the worst season in the club's history mate with one horrible match after another, all the while sitting amongst increasingly cold empty conditions. I don't know about you but giving up has felt more appealing at times.

I'm not expecting or wanting an invite but it does seem like all credit is going towards one 'section' of the support and it's being done to death. Are they entitled to sit in the box whenever now or was it a pure one of? In King's view did those of us who kept going let him down? Does he even want us to renew for next season?
