What is HMRC and/or ticketus reject the CVA?

Well I don't see how it can right now, we've got big debt that could be increased greatly by a tax tribunal and face a great and very realistic risk of money running out anytime, even if we sold a load of players. I don't see how Charles Green could do anymore damage, just my opinion.

Green has a binding contract to buy us CVA or not, makes sense.

Whether there's a risk of administration the future or not who knows, but we can't look that far ahead. Sadly it's all about the now.
