  1. I am not removing posts in this thread.

However, I think everyone deserves to know that "A Horse With No Name" has been banned from the forum.

Completely lost it between last night and this morning.

NOBODY, not one single member of this forum, deserves to be called "tosser", "simpleton", "scum bastard" or "scumbucket" - just 4 of the names he has cast at fellow Bears this morning.

He needs to take a look at himself and his behaviour - he is cleary emotional that his preference of TBK did not get the club but that does not allow anyone to call fellow Bears such names.

And we can ALL do well to remember that.

We are ALL Bears and we are ALL hurting - but any of this derogatory nonsense will be dealt with in the form of bans. Gersnet will NOT ALLOW personal insults towards members from other members. That is a warning for ALL OF US.

I hope AHWNN calms down and realises the errors of his actions - but it wont be on this forum.

All credit to you for that decision mate, Follow Follow would probably welcome such postings.

  2. How the f*&k is it hardly the same thing?

Two accountants who worked with Whyte both f*&ked their careers and one lost his liberty true or false ?

One very reputable lawyer a partner in a blue stocking firm of lawyers comes into contact with Whyte then has to resign his partnership (leaving his former firm facing a £25m claim), facing a SRA investigation and at some stage will be assisting Plod with his enquiries and perhaps having to face some time in the dock himself, true or false?

Remember when they first became involved with Whyte they were not the worldwide Duff & Phelps but the vastly smaller MCR.

    Fair enough points.

I still think Whyte is too small time for there to be a conspiracy on the scale that this would be, and I still don't see how the administration process has been geared towards helping him out at all, even if there has been general incompetence (i'm still unsure even on that).

  3. Duff & Phelps aren't court appointed administrators of Rangers though. The court only approved the request by Craig Whyte to appoint them.

They still work the task set by the courts rather than Whyte, he just didn't want HMRC to be trying to choose people hence his request, the court still had to approve.

Point still stands there would be criminal charges if the administrators were found to be deliberately not working in the creditors' interests. I just don't see what would be in it for these guys to take such risks, I doubt they're short of jobs so finances are hardly a motive.

  4. Ok I'll bite....

Was Kevin Sykes jailed before or after he became associated with Craig Whyte?

Was Kenneth MacLeod struck off before or after he became associated with Craig Whyte?

Did Gary Withey resign his partnership with Collyer Bristow before or after he became associated with Craig Whyte?

You may notice a wee pattern developing showing what happens when professionals become involved with Craig Whyte, in fact I'd hazard a guess that there are a few squeaky bums amongst who are associated with Whyte via Pritchards and Merchant House Group.

Hardly the same thing, administrators are court appointed and if they were working some conspiracy rather than in the interests of the creditors they'd know there would be hell to pay.

I refuse to believe Craig Whyte is that powerful.

  5. fantasy like club 9/Ellis/miller being I. it together was fantasy?

like whyte having sold of years of season books was fantasy?

like whyte wasn't paying paye was fantasy?

like we would go into administration was fantasy?

there are clear links to d&p and whyte going way back to before he bought us.

but as Casey says incompetence or sinister actions the results the same.

None of those things involve people looking at jail time, i'm yet to be convinced at all reputable people would risk everything for Whyte.

  6. If Whyte has sold his shares right enough, it digs a huge hole for those who claimed the admins were working for Whyte.

Didn't TBK tell us a deal without Ticketus was impossible. Yet here they are.

It's easy for them to cast aspersions but they are struggling to back them up. I wonder why.

Hopefully they'll finally fade away now.

Those claims have always been far fetched anyway.

Incompetence is possible, but this idea of a friendship with Whyte is pure fantasy.

  7. More than a bit ironic that the man who persuaded SDM, who is blamed by the vast majority for getting the club into this predicament,to buy the club is being lauded here as a potential saviour. The whole saga is getting weirder by the hour.

Murray was a dream owner at the time considering his standing wasn't he?

Doubt anyone could have predicted then how he's screwed up.

  8. Any supporters who don't fully understand that cuts will need to be made aren't aware of the reality of the situation. Unless we get an owner (or group of owners) with very large amounts of cash to lose, then big cuts are imminent. If we get an owner or owners who don't have large amounts of cash to lose and they don't make major cuts, then they yet again risk the survival of the club.

I'd have felt winning things were put in perspective by recent events.
