However they are a prime example of how to be on AIM (see post #6).
It's a whole different ball game now compared to the period referred to by MM, you may not have noticed but no credible institution will put a penny in now and that is entirely the result of Greenco's gig.
No but with a new regime I'm sure we could do with rebuilding credibility with institutions to an extent, fan investment is one thing but will it be enough on it's own?
As I've said previously I don't pretend to know enough to say whether being listed is particularly good or bad, important or unimportant. But I'd have thought getting back on the AIM would be sensible at least in the short term.

Not really as was ably demonstrated by Green & Co.
I'm sure they aren't a prime example of how to be on the Stock Exchange.
Malcolm Murray seemed heavily in favour of listing and having credible institutions involved so its not like it was purely a Greenco gig.

McCoist and co simply weren't proper football coaches, you can see the difference of having one even if he isn't exactly Jose Mourinho

Does listing not also make the company much more accountable and allow more scrutiny?
Delisting being considered a viable better option has only come about pretty recently.

You need a new radar.
Probably, my radar has been battered bruised the last few years too often.
Anyway I'd heard something about Traynor before but not to the extent that he'd become a club employee again. I'm not certain of him but he's a better choice than Toxic Jack anyway.

I never said that at all I was genuinely asking a question, the involvement of Traynor and his PR firm has been under the radar a bitSo because we have had poisonous organisations running our PR we should just disband it altogether?0 -
Donating would seem daft to me but each to their own

McCoist has a real brass neck to still be sitting at home picking up a wage

He alludes to the fact that timelines have been impacted with the previous NOMAD resigning.
I actually don't think we will re list.
If they don't want to re list then fair enough it's their view, I can't claim to know enough to say whether it's a good, bad or indifferent thing.
But I'd rather they just said rather than making out they're trying.

He's looked like he's cared. He is unfortunately incapable . Partly due to fitness and partly due to greed.
Going forward anyway. Defensively he just does nothing.
I'm not claiming he's the perfect player but I'm amazed you can single him out from the imposters we have on permanent contracts.
A belated proper performance at Hibs hasn't made me forgive and forget what they've put us through all season and indeed previous seasons.

Thought it was decent.
Traynor is with Level 5 PR which the club is now using.
Basically filling Irvine and MediaHouse's place then?

Totally disagree we would have been much better off if another player had played instead. We would have had more of the ball and defended better.
I have looked at him and I do not like what I see one bit.
Perhaps if he ever gets fir he will change my mind but it's no coincidence our 2 best performances since he arrived were the 2 he missed.
You've watched different games to me, he's been one of the few who looks like he's cared, last Sunday was obviously an exception and even then I thought he helped see the game out very well when he came on.
I'd go as far as saying we need Vuckic fit for the rest of the season to have a realistic promotion chance.

It's worse they claim vuckic has made an impact. Mind you they don't claim it's positive
We'd have been on less points during the horrific run before Hibs if it hadn't been for Vuckic.
Try and look at the player rather than where the player has come from.

King said he had a Nomad sorted, I know the process can take some time but these words don't exactly make it sound like we have one sorted."Working very hard to comply with 4th April timescale" (for share re-listing)"Will endeavor to have suspension lifted"
... I'm not sure that we really want to be re-listed

The story of Llambias' era just gets worse

I was never a big hero worshiper of Whyte, even if I didn't see him being as bad as he turned out eitherAye but you'd love them back.0 -
Away with ye ! The very thought that Naismith is as rotten as folks like Whyte or Easdale is ridiculous.
He's as welcome back at Ibrox as they are in my view

Nice one mate
Also the added bonus of a ticket for home play offs and I'd assume being able to apply for away briefs
I really cannot understand the moaning from some about this offer
I doubt they'll take new away brief applications this late in the seasons surely?

The shares are currently suspended but assuming we get a new nomad and they are traded again then almost certainly it would be cheaper to buy some in the open market and then take up your rights at a likely lower price in the offer. The answer to your question depends on the prices and how the rights are offered, as BD pulled me up for recently it is not necessarily 1 for 1.
Perhaps if you bought around 1000 say for £350 if the price is as last traded and it was a 1 for 2 offer then you might get another 500 for say £125-£150.
But at £500 total the differences are marginal.
Cheers for the advice

at a rough estimate half each. but there is no way to know for certain.
wait for the open issue mate and put the lot into rangers.
I'd prefer that but how likely is an open issue in the foreseeable?

Would never make the Spain D team. Though Spain Z would be a better education than playing for Scotland.
You never know in the long run, Spain will have a new era of talent and Real Madrid obviously see something in this guy. I don't know much about him though.
Agreed about the Team Z point!

It's quite simple - the Billy Boys will never go away as long as the double standard exists.
We've tried for ten years to remove the song and I think we've actually been very successful as it's not often you hear it anywhere. The only time and reason it creeps back now and again is when the double standard issue is prevalent.
Generally speaking we have got/did get our house in order. However others did not, were not pressured to and their offensive songs remained. That's why we've went backwards and the RST are 100% correct in detailing that in their statement.
This is spot on.
And while this unequal treatment continues we must keep on speaking out

I'm planning to buy shares and I'd like to contribute to a rights issue since the money goes to the club but I know i'd have to be an existing shareholder first. How much in shares would I roughly need to get to end up with about £500 worth after a rights issue? Or is it really not possible to predict it as accurately as that?

Keith Jackson: New Rangers board's financial credibility is on the line...

Thats seems a bit shabby and risky if true. If the institutions switched support away from King again then someone like Ashley or Blue Pitch may stand a chance in calling an EGM.
Whatever views people have on institutions they should be kept on side while they're still here
