Thought we dealt with the jam tarts no well today. If I could clone Big Balogun I'd paly him next to himself and get rid of Souttar too. Well done Leon. Diomande brought some composure back to the midfield and showed his class on a couple of occaisions. Both Cantwell and Sterling played like lions today Tav even lifted himself to have his best game in a fair while. But of them all I thought Dessers was excellent and could easily have had a hat trick, but tried to give a goal to Silva who I think was anticipating a tackle and went down like burst ball. Hopefully Shanklands admirers will calm down a bit now, he is never a Rangers player, and barring a good cross did little of import in the game.
I wish he was younger.

We were much better today, showed a lot of effort and commitment and some lovely moments, especially from Diomande and Cantwell. Great to see Balogun and Diomande back and McAusland doing well for us too, especially tracking back. Dujon had a good game also. Well done to Dessers for his 2 goals. Lundstram started badly but came onto a good game. The keeper made a couple of excellent saves. I didn't miss Connor Goldson slowing the game down by taking too long on the ball and the boring passes along the back line. We have given ourselves a good platform now and need to carry the same urgency into our next game.

I am going for Souttar. His attitude and effort were good and he had a reasonable game.

I've got a funny feeling the manager might put his Jacket on and walk away he might see it as there's no point flogging a dead horse he's only damaging his own future in management
That thought crossed my mind too. The job is overwhelming given the financial liitations.

Lundstram's loss of form is spectacular. Is this a sign he is moving on? We suffered from this last season as well. He has carried us for months and been the main man in midfield and is now a shadow of that player.

Utter dross. Gutted.

No service to the forwards other than the long ball.

Get a 3 man midfield out there FFS.

It is quite the conundrum. We need to make changes but it is not obvious who would make a difference. If the manager made changes to key players he would be taking a massive risk under these circumstances. I can't see it happening at this stage.

I think we've blown it.

I didn't see the second half so would be unfair to comment

These players have a lot to answer for. The manager does too. The defense have got away with a lot this season but not in the last two games. They are rank rotten. The 2 man midfield isn't working and needs to change. Why is he playing Dowell? He is worse than a man short and Lunstram has returned to type. If Roofe is fit why hasn't he been playing? It all imploded today and the only surprise is it didn't happen earlier. It is like watching a Beale or Gio team.

I've been a bit disappointed with Butland recently. Possible he is suffering from not making the England squad but he needs to do better if he wants to make that level. He did have a couple of cracking saves yesterday but was dodgy a few times. As for Tav and Goldson, I have never subscribed to the serial losers mantra but yesterday was a different level. They are the 2 guys who should have been leading the charge for the league title and they were woefully inadequate. Time for a change.

I gave it to Dessers. He never gave up in that awful first half when the service to him was abysmal. He was very close to getting us all 3 points right at the death. He gave everything.

We started so slowly and the early goal almost killed us off. We had several players that were rank rotten. Full credit to the players in the second half. The draw almost felt like a victory by the end. I still think we can hurt them in the next game but we need to be at it from the off and earlier changes made if required.

On the bus back home and it still feels like a defeat. Might think differently when had time to reflect on the game.
Just can't see us winning the league without beating them at least once.
We've still to play them once 😉 Optimist loyal

They are pulling out all of the stops here and saving Clancy and Robertson for Parkhead. To have a goal allowed with that lot it would need to be flawless in the build up and execution.

I though Silva worked really hard, Lundstram, Tav and Diomande all did well but I went for Souttar again. Pleased to see him making his mark on this team.

Are we allowed to sing hurty words when Hibs players wipe Hibs players out? 😃
You've just spoiled my happy Easter mood mentioning him.

That statement from Hearts is an utter joke. It doesn't even merit a reply.

After a quick Google search, I think you're correct. I just based it on the name - silly me.
I thought I'd got it wrong when you said he was a Walloon.

Happy 50th big Phil.

Or what the club wants or can afford but who cares. It is a bit of fun when we've no football to discuss.

Todd Cantwell was outstanding to the point of beating a double goal scorer to my vote.
