I've just got in from a wedding, full of the joys. First thread I read is about Andy Cameron. For him substitute every single major or minor player by that I mean in the boardroom or apiring to be in the boardroom, celeb, former player, member of the management team, first team player, young player or anyone connected with Rangers in any way ...............will be torn to shreds

There really is no need to call people idiots and their opinions trash. In this case I disagree with Andy but respect him completely. He is one of the most gifted writers on here. I will put it down to ignorance on your part since you are new to the forum.

For me it is not about supporting government policy but about supporting the young lads, mainly, who have no hope of any prospects of a decent future at home. It is too easy to confuse jingoism with patriotism. I would have to question the motives of those who live in our country and do not support it, rather than kowtow to their opinions. I believe in freedom of opinion but they would like to deny me the right to mine.

It must be really embarrassing for a lot of their fans. If this were the other way about, I would be. -
All this bickering is depressing and counter productive. We are all Rangers fans here. I know what I want but whether I get it or not is out of my hands. This will be played out regardless of what I think. I agree we need to be vigilant and ask pertinent questions, but fans groups and individuals verbally attacking each other is sickening and enough to make me consider turning my back on all of it.

I doubt this statement would be accepted with no retort by the BBC if it weren't true. I would expect a response from them in the next couple of days and if none is forthcoming then it would seem to be a malicious article, in which case I would expect a formal complaint to be made by the club. Given the level of mistrust between the club and BBC Scotland, no club employee or incumbent should be talking to these guys.
