  1. Is that Spiers?
  2. I wouldn't think there will be too big an uptake on this 'package' somehow. Perhaps the three course meal is at mcDonalds or KFC next to the San Giro? IT is Liewell we're talking here after all
  3. Very sad Sandy won't be at Ibrox today to see what should be our final league game ever at home outside the top division. Our journey is now more or less over as we are back in the top division where we belong. At the game today we should all spare a thought for Sandy for the time and effort he put in during those dark days of 2012. Without the likes of him who knows what could have happened as our enemies sought to put us out of business altogether. The renaming of the Govan Stand to the Sandy Jardine Stand was a most fitting tribute to one of Rangers most favourite sons. It was richly deserved as I'm sure we Doddie would have been proud of that honour bestowed on Sandy
  4. A good read but Rangers problems were caused by Craig Whyte. No one else. Had he not got Rangers we would not have gone thro' what we endured. Sure LBG had the shackles on SDM but other than the EBT's we were not in imminent danger
  5. Maybe Petrie is returning Liewell a favour? Seriously though why aren't they dining at Hampden?
  6. Singing 'I did it my way' perhaps ?
  7. Perhaps he was but he wasn't 'celt@c-minded' as they say. We can all debate what they mean by that but I firmly believe it plays right into our hands as they'll reject decent managers because of it. Ask Strachan.
  8. It really is dreadful organisation by the numpties who run Scottish football that a team finishes its league campaign and has to wait three weeks before playing in the SC final whether it's Rangers or not
  9. I don't think Moyes will become the yahoos manager. Looks like he could be going back to Everton as Martinez hasn't exactly set the heather on fire in his three years there.
  10. We could do a lot worse than Cummings. Would be a decent signing IMO. Would our board be willing to deal with hibz after the ScottAllan fiasco last summer?
  11. One of many. McKay was out on-loan for most of 'Project McCoist'. Perhaps he's seeing the benefit now. Others weren't so fortunate
  12. Developed or flourished under a better manager in a better set up? The yahoos signed Allan to stop us getting him. Only problem was they didn't need him & their manager hadn't seen enough of him to risk him
  13. why would they do that? Allan is 24. What further development could/should he need?
  14. Tonight's result will keep our feet on the ground if nothing else after Sunday. The SC final won't be a formality by means but we should win it
  15. Yes but you need to use one of those Seville calculators that the timz use. They always seem to add a few extra zeros on at the end......
  16. Rightly or wrongly I think some of our players put the tools away a few weeks ago in the Championship. They'll need to get them out again for the SC final next month
  17. Don't know why we put a full strength team out tonight
  18. A massive hike may see many not renewing. That needs to be considered
  19. Such an increase would be madness. We don't have anything like the same size of wage bill before we went down to the bottom division.
  20. No roar today then..............
  21. paying out good money for him? LOL stubz said he was worth £1m yet accepted well under half of that
  22. Warburton must be the first Rangers manager ever to have cost the Celt*c his job without being in the same division as him..............
  23. I doubt Deila had seen much of Allan at all. As you say they signed him to try & help hibz like they loaned them Stokes & Henderson and gave them McGeoch. HOW SAD IT ALL FAILED...............
  24. so why did HMRC allow Whyte to build up this debt? (assuming we're not talking about the EBT's)
