The point is even if payments were made quarterly he was at least 2 ( probably 3) payments behind. Yet HMRC did nothing ? They knew all about Whyte's background & history yet did nothing at all.

Almost every CA I've spoken to has said what he did is unheard of. To be simply be late for one month normally gets HMRC sending out nasty letters to companies warning of the consequences. Be late again & they're likely to pay a visit and go thro' the company's accounts. Yet Whyte went 4 or 5 months(maybe 6 months?) and paid over not a penny. We now know he used this money to run Rangers becausae he'd none of his own. Why did HMRC take no action? Was there a sinister reason? Was it because they knew they'd lose the BTC and needed Rangers to run up a debt ? Were they influenced by a former labour cabinet minister(now in the Lords) who pulled the strings & used his contacts in HMRC to create as much damage as possible to Rangers ? Of course there's the Regan's SFA too. At what point did they know about Whyte's non-payments ? And what action did they take? As the governing body of Scottish football didn't they have a responsibility to do something ? I've never bought Regan's alleged clain he knew nothing about Whyte til Daly's documentary. As many who've read my posts on here will probably know I'm convinced everything that happened before/after Whyte was a massive set up involving various well-known,well-connected individuals all with a hatred of Rangers.

I wonder what would happen if & when Whyte gets convicted. Could we appeal the European ban?

Being a fit & proper person IS in the SFA'a articles of association. They reserve the right to determine whether a person is or not. At the time of Whyte's takeover AJ was most vociferous in his opposition to Whyte. One wonders why the SFA did not take action at that time & investigate Whyte further.Did someone tell them not to ?

I believe they did. AJ was most vociferous in his opinion of Whyte which turned out to be 100% accurate. The question arising from this is why SDM sold to Whyte. Was he blackmailed by LBG ? You do know who were in charge of LBG's Scottish business divsion at the time don't you ?

Not true. Withholding PAYE/NI collected from employees isn't a criminal offence ? that's new one to me. Think you'll find he'll be charged with his in due course along with everything else the police will building a dossier on Ask any CA. Being late with PAYE/NI is bad enough and if it were to happen again then HMRC would normally invite themselves into the business and would be going thru' everything. Something the business would want to avoid. The key question is how Whyte managed to avoid PAYE/NI for so long. Why did HMRC take no action? another of the many questions needing answers.

I'd think the main focus should be on the SFA whose actions(or in-actions) I find bewildering to say the least. There are two areas in which I believe they should be brought to account:- 1) if there is a 'fit & proper persons' requirement for anyone acquiring a football club in Scotland was it applied to Whyte? if not why not ? his background was easy to discover as Jeff Randall (SKY business news) highlighted on the day Whyte got Rangers If it was applied what did it find out about Whyte ? I don't buy Regan's tosh about allegedly not knowing about Whyte until Daly's documentary 2) At what point did the SFA discover Whyte was committing a criminal offence by not handing over PAYE/NI ? Is it true JT (then at the DR) advised them around Sept/Oct 2011? if so what action did they take ? if none why? The SFA are a governing body with rules & regulations everyone in Scottish football must adhere to. It looks to me they failed miserably in this instance on not once but twice which led to catastrophic consequences for us. Can I maybe ask if they deliberately did so ? if so who was behind it. Clubs should be entitled to protection by the governing body

if Whyte gets convicted then surely Rangers were victims of a crime & yet got punishments from the SFA & SPL. A bit like a house break-in & the homeowner gets charged as opposed to the house-breaker. The part I find most interesting is whether or not the SFA knew Whyte was committing a crime by not paying PAYE/NI and took no action. As a governing body should they not have done something ? Surely oldco shareholders would have a case there if it can be proven the SFA knew about this ? negligence ? Not to mention the SFA's fit & proper persons requirements for which Whyte would have surely failed and wouldn't have got Rangers in the first place. we are dealing with people who, last summer, were doing their utmost to put us out of business altogether. I cannot & will not forget that and will never forgive these people for as long as I live. I want revenge on these people & their clubs and the most obvious way is to sabotage their income from SKY as they would be seriously damaged without it. They can keep their SKY deal but we want no part of it. No televised Rangers games thank you. See how much SKY will pay then. Not a lot I'd think

Absolutely no chance of Scottish football getting Rangers fans on board again. Scottish football is made up of hate-filled anti-Rangers zealots who only want us for the money we bring to Scottish football. They also want us playing in the lowest division possible. I want revenge on these people as it's the only language these cretins understand. For starters let's do all we can to destroy the SKY deal. Request SKY not to include us for starters and advise them there'll be no access to Ibrox. See how that goes down.

Whatever happens one thing is for sure - Rangers will subsidise it. This has to stop. We need to get SKY to veto these proposals with its financial distribution which is basically our money. The subsidy junkies of scottish football must be stopped
