  1. there is more to it than that. what exactly was it you didnt like? what was so wrong?
  2. being smart has never ever been our supports forte tbh mate.
  3. we have been singing similar all season, there was something different about today though. there was just something about that espn statement.
  4. oh i know mate, i do know. what pisses me off is knee jerkers and handwringers siding with the enemy. sure we have a problem, who doesnt?
  5. very true but if there was no campaign of complaints nothing would have been said.
  6. "we have also been led into a well orchestrated trap" "I have been told that now the days of the tax blog is over they have decided to attack our brand. They want to make us unattractive to investment / sponsorship and by extension attack our share price. They were organised today. They had a celtic media rep at the game ffs. They had coordinated phone calls to media outlets. Their whole focus is now on making the Rangers brand toxic by any means they can. " seen these posted on another forum, sounds plausable to me to be honest. we know how obsessed the bheasts are and that they will do anything to blacken our name. i said during the match thread the espn comment was brought about by celtic fans complaints and i stand by that. i have no doubt this was orchestrated by them. the songs we sang today, i have heard all season at various points.
  7. not under this management team mate. im done with them.
  8. "The last time we played at Berwick, we were hopeless," McCoist said. "That and the Stirling Albion [away] game were our two worst performances in the league, by a mile. So, we're due a performance down there." "I have spoken to one or two managers and the best way to describe the playing surface would be a playing surface in February. It isn't as ideal as it would be at the start of the season and it will be a battle. I wouldn't imagine there will be a lot of football played in the middle of the park. I have mentioned to the boys what to expect and, hopefully, they will be ready for it. The surface will definitely have a bearing on team selection and probably on how we play the game." from the man himself. :(
  9. no but your dad is not the chairman of rangers fc mate! i am sure your dad could handle his son saying likes a drink on a forum no problem at all but when tens, hundreds even thousands of people starting gossiping about someone who holds a very important job title then things are different. no harm done, i knew what you meant, i was just wondering if it was indeed from the internet gossip factory you had heard it. fwiw my old man loves a swally too, in fact i was meant to be in work tmrw morn with him, he called me an hour ago, intoxicated, saying we will give it a miss! long lie for me tmrw!
  10. it was well spread all over the internet that we would lose the tax case and our club would die. look how those rumours turned out. i think his interviews have been good. i like how he comes across. he seems like an honest gentleman. this is what makes the internet and faceless forums dangerous, slanderous claims like this, not that you started it mate, i know you didnt but have picked it up from somewhere after it grew arms and legs.
  11. green has actually claimed to be tee total. surely that cant be another one of his lies, can it?
  12. how convenient eh? who told you those parts were edited out? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/rangers/9334339/Rangers-in-crisis-new-chairman-Malcolm-Murray-is-confident-Ally-McCoist-will-remain-as-manager.html He is now keen to end speculation over McCoist's future at Ibrox and urged the manager to sign up to their vision for the future. Murray told BBC Scotland: "We want Ally to commit, then move forward. It's our stated policy that he's an integral part of the club and he's been told that. "I believe he will be the manager of Rangers next season and we have to make the effort to make that happen. It's what every fan wants. "We need to get Ally on board as soon as possible to talk to the players, who are away on holiday just now." and this as well, months later http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11788/8499461/Rangers-chairman-Malcolm-Murray-backing-Ally-McCoist-after-turbulent-year The Gers' recent Scottish Cup defeat to Dundee United has seen pressure on manager McCoist increase from some sections of Rangers' fans but Murray is adamant he is the right man to take the club forward. Asked if he was the best man for the job, Murray told Sky Sports News: "Yes. Because he's got more motivation than anyone you could bring in from outside. Motivation is the one thing. The players have got massive respect for him."
  13. is this more muckraking and internerd gossip? in what way does it seem that way?
  14. which cotter is this today? the moody one or the uber one?
  15. am i not allowed an opinion? its my opinion it was nonsense. if it looks like muckraking, if it smells like muckraking, if it sounds like muckraking and if it reads like muckraking then chances are, its probably muckraking.
  16. i dont find it baffling at all. everything on their own merit. i dont like nike as a brand but i admire celtics ambition in realising they need a top manufacturer. their stadium is a shite hole, i admire the size of it , the atmosphere it creates and the millions it brings in for them. liewell is an arsehole but i admire the way he has the entire scottish game and media in his pocket,he runs the show in this polluted country. lennon is a dirty bigot, as a person i do not admire him, i dislike him, he lacks class and dignity but i think hes a better football manager than ally. their playing squad is huge, many options, many international players and many multi million pound stars, whats not to admire, unless you are blinded by hatred.
  17. yep, medical with killie. best of luck to him. lol
  18. neither can be placed in his "favourites" category either so being stuck on the bench is very likely.
  19. you maybe correct but i didnt want to consider nike given their relationship with celtic and i just absolutely love adidas sports wear!
  20. i think the complete opposite mate, green needs a good manager which we dont have and murray will look out for his idol and friend who is in the job.
  21. we can all believe what we want to be fair.
  22. thats true mate though they will have both manchester clubs next season.
  23. a rangers minded peter liewell would be nice!
