your not going to take a subscription to watch 1 game, cheaper going to the pub but if they chose for example a super sunday run of games or a weekend of good games and good coverage it might convert a few people meaning extra subscribers in the long run it's like free entry to a nightclub what would be the point giving out free entrys on a monday night when the clubs are quiet. you'd want to give them away on a saturday night when its busy and people who wouldn't normally go to the club would give it a chance and if they like the set up come back another time. simple PR

The difference is Adam is now playing alot better then he did while he was with rangers. So if we wanted �£3mill for Adam we wouldn't have got anywhere near that price since he wasn't playing very well. Plus english clubs won't pay top dollar for average scottish players. While we have to pay top dollar for there average players. I think the move made him as the player he is now, something that rangers should be looking into whether it was the drink culture he had as you could find him in glasgow clubs on weeknights right through the weekend or the training down south.

looks like if you have virgin media XL package you will get ESPN as part of your package. clicky I phoned Virgin Media this morning to confirm this. The guy was suprised as this was only announced this morning. I have sky digital and to get the sports channels, ESPN and broadband would cost significally more than virgins deal. Which is XL package for �£40 for first 6months, �£47 there after which includes all the channels (movies, sports including ESPN), 20mb broadband.... Too bad cable is still not available in my area. What age are we living in when in mainland glasgow you can't get cable

I agree that brown will come into his own this season, but for what we payed for thomson we had the better deal and the more I see of him the more I rate him.
