Discussing allys transfer budget for last three days of window. Business as usual...respect!!! If the man had said today that he has more than enough players for this years tilt at the title and would be happy to offload some deadwood if possible before the window shuts to ease the financial fuck uppery that he has been entwined in, now i would respect that..

It could have been done right in 3 years, but i get your point. An extra couple of years "getting it right" could be worth 10 years if we just keep stumbling from one financial crisis to another.

What a fuss. This attitude that we should be seeded above our league place because of our big club status is crass. So the spfl have made an erse of the fixtures, at least this time it might benefit us, lets be honest we moan like f@*# when it appears to go against us. Its not a mess of our making so just get on with it.. If a dundee united get beelin about it then all the better!! -

Sounds like you have the ally vision. "how can i fit this guy into the team as i have to play him" . The key in a strike partnership is a bit of chemistry as well as out and out talent. Heskey was a donkey in comparison to other strikers around at the time, but he brought the best out of owen and they were a deadly team. If clark and boyd works then let them develop the partership. It's why we greet about ally playing players out if position, we lose balance. Remember a few seasons back when wylde broke into the team. A lot of the support slated him because he couldnt beat the last man and his crossing was hit and miss. But the team played better with him in it as he was the only proper left sided player we had. He was in the right place at right time allowing the play to be spread. The defenders turned left mids just didnt know where to be... But hey ally will get it right eventually...

Do you mean claw back millions from other offenders due to the precedent that would be set or from Rangers? My understanding is that there is not much millions left to be clawed back!

Aye db but the chaff are a necessity if we have any chance of funding ally's extravagance. -
First up i think the idea that we should postpone a game v east fife, rock bottom of the scottish leagues is ridiculous. Secondly i dont get overly paranoid that everyone is still,out to get us. ? However i have read through rule g7 and rule g3 and i am not 100% sure that it is a given that the spfl have to allow a postponement. The club is entitled to apply and permission may be given. As soon as these words are used there could be a risk that it comes down to people making a judgement rather than an absolute " if you have you players in duty you can postpone a match". As much as it pains me to say it perhaps the line of setting a precedent is pertinent.

Unfortunately we had our own d heads as well. There was a time in the eighties that attending matches could get a bit scary if you happened to wander into the path of the opposing sets.

In todays dr. No contact with ally but heres the good news bit. He wont do walking away as he is here to stay until the job is done!! Mind you he says the job is to get us back into top flight so perhaps he would go next year.. His awareness compass is a bitty fecked up if you ask me. I think he still believes he is mucho loved by all.

I just dont believe that if ally was to cut out these needless signings, knock an easy 1 million off the wage budget, that the board would not allow that money to be spent on a scouting set up. Ally is not interested in anything other than collecting copius amounts of safe experienced pros that will guarantee him a title and at least another year..

Another pile of shite. "We missed him but not as much as he missed us"why couldnt he just stop at we missed him and give the lad the acknowledgement that he WAS our best player last season. In general young players just want to know they are valued. Its a small point and some may say nit picking, but its an insight into allys thinking that shows me he hasnt a clue in developing young talent. He dresses it up as keeping their feet on the ground but in truth its all about one man at ibrox!

What a bunch of hoofters! Db i'm sure if you watch a number of said games you will find many forward going balls. Analyse how many of these are played forward to players making runs and getting into positions to capitilise on these and then note the "hoof" that is the iamless punt because there is either low competence in the players or lack of tactical system of play. F me db 13 year old boys club players "get it"!!!

This isn't about the competency of the players or the result even. This is about the management of the football department. I know you don't like to go there and would prefer to blame the players..

Didnt know that. Looks like we are a rehab for goalies. Provided training etc for craig gordon who walks into champ league footy with them. I used to weep but now i just care a little less!
