  1. Point is that di Stefano has made this public now and it has been spread over the boards and read by many people now. It's not confined to a handful of UEFA staff now. He has made valuable legal points and taken the torch to a place that will have to act one way or another. They could very well come up with their standard shield argument about: this is a matter of the national associations and we leave it in their hands. Hence, we need a decent QC to push on from here.

One that knows the words to the sash?? lol

(trying to lighten the tone around here )

  2. Never said I've meet more than you mate because I don't know if you've meet any, I just said I've meet some and Brown ain't a Legend.

    .

    Perhaps i mis-read

Where to start with this, unlike you I've meet a lot of so called Rangers legends, they still put their trousers on one leg at a time just like rest of us and the sun doesn't shine out of their arse in the morning. I've also meet true Rangers legends and believe me John Brown doesn't deserve to breath the same air as these guys never mind be held in the same esteem.

Nah, read it 3 times now, sounds the same every time i read it..

anyways, moving on.. just please start to think why would people like findlay etc get involved and risk the wrath of all of us if there wrong after the support green needs right now.. i want to support green i really do, but i just cant help think all these guys know something , or fear something, that we dont know yet :(

  3. As much as I think Findlay has been unfairly treated, he has shown himself to be willing to risk his reputation a few times.

for money... ( i.e luke the beast ) yeh perhaps, its his day job afterall.

For something like this, where he gets no personal gain or financial reward that I can see then why?

  4. Tut tut another one making it personal today you can't help yourselves can you, if your going to have a pop at me mate expect to get it straight back.

Still waiting on this list of Legends and Findlay is an excellent QC, I'm sure he and Brown are good friend from their time at Rangers and on the after dinner circuit and he's helping out an old friend wrongly IMO as he's the chairman of another club.

Really? i dont see where i offended you, except telling you im not here to debate about who has met the most legends.. ( your words,, not mine )

Ok, some common ground we both agree Findlay is a excellent QC,, do you really think he would risk things on bs,, or risk his good reputation as a QC to back a friend?, without thinking he has a chance of winning?

Common realistic debate is grounded on fact and I've seen very little fact used when it comes to the Green debate, pot....kettle and all that crap.

And anther thing as I'm on the subject, can you give me a list of these Legends I've insulted as you seem to be taking a keen interest in my posts it shouldn't be to hard for you, and Mr Brown doesn't count because he ain't no Legend.

Its not a delibarte verge into your posts. its just I had just replied to see you call him a jakie again, and next post i read is you yapping pish again.

anyways, sorry mr big, you make some very bold presumtions about me there.

anyways, im no want to play a game of who has the biggest dick, or who supports rangers the most.

Can i ask, whats your opinion on findlay?,, why is he backing brown?,, do you think he is a idiot/jakie too?

  6. I remember a game when bomber 'cracked up' at Rangers fans in the East enclosure when after one of his crunching tackles we chanted "Psycho, Psycho - Psycho, Psycho" (some may remember that was our affectionate name for him back in the day) he glared at us in no uncertain manner and mouthed "Shut the f**k up.

We never chanted it ever again.

But he earned that name, just like the Jakey name he later earned.

doesnt take the fact away its an insulting thing to call someone who gave so much for gers, back when 'they played for the jersey'

I have read others on here critise Walter in the same way,, is this really a rangers forum Im on?

  7. Tut tut personal insults just because the man hasn't the temerity to agree with you,

Pot... Kettle??,, you have called Bomber a jakie in every thread on here.

you have also insulted legends that used to play for our club..

all because they dont agree with you about green??,,, common realistic debates please

  8. Sounds to me like they have Jakey by the baws, if you want to see the paperwork buy the f#^king club then tell us the story or please just f#%k off.

why do you insist on calling brown Jakey?,, name calling aint gona get us anywhere,,

  9. If they really struggled to get by with the money they've already earned and were still earning with the reduced wages then i'd gladly apologise, but I so highly doubt it.

They are too used to the high life, i agree, but yes of course they must have felt it a bit, they all have huge houses, loadsa fancy cars, model wives lol, common these younger players would struggle to sustain that with the drop they took

  10. I,m sorry but they knew what the options were , they were very clearly and very plainly laid out to all the players when they had the original meetings , and when their contracts were renegotiated .

Do you honestly believe that the possibility of a newco wasnt ,not only discussed , but spelt out to them .

CG , is beingmade to look bad by a group of players who knew exactly what their options were ,that they chose to take a different course of action to their own benifit and to the detriment of the club is something they need to look at themselves about

Green wasnt the preferred bidder, or expected winner when they had the contract talks..

  11. I'm sorry but why should the players have been treated like sensitive little souls? They've earned plenty from Rangers over the years and most of them have had long injuries during that.

Because they stuck by Rangers and took 75% paycuts already to help.?, and thats a terrable argument, they would be earning the same if not more somewhere else.. there pro footballers, thats what they do to earn money, why critisice them for doing there jobs?,

I'd have done things no differently to Green TBH, either you want to help the club out or you don't, Wallace and McCulloch clearly do. Naismith and the like will probably claim differently to try and save face but they'd have run a mile from the lower divisions and in the direction of a massive signing on fee even if someone like Walter did take over.

and you are some city slick whom we all care like you would have done anything different to Green.? lol, yehhh ok guess we can just disagree, it happens in life

I show him loyalty because frankly his treatment is abysmal and undeserved, he's the only one to have put cash up and followed through with any plans, these scottish millionares you mention have fannied about with the idea of buying Rangers only to walk away when they couldn't do it on the cheap.

If Green really does turn out to be the evil boogeyman that some predict then fine, i'll have to admit I was wrong again. But there is no hard evidence and no proper alternative, so right now I stand by him.

what treatment exactly? he's been asked to provide some answers,, show title deeds etc,,, he hasnt exactly answered them has he..

he never wanted the CVA agreement in the first place, he wanted this scenerio so he can laugh all the way to the bank,, take off the tinted glasses or stop being hypnotiesed by Green's bs

  12. It is to me , its like going into a porsche garage negotiating for a few hours with the salesman announcing to all your pals you,ve bought a Porsche , only to later announce you couldnt do the deal and were pulling out , when in reality you only had a tenner in your pocket , pure bs

you have a funny sense of the word bullshit.

Want to know what bullshit is?,,, your comparison of a bloody porsche garage to walter smiths attempt to get the club,,

It is also bullshit someone with such views call themselves rangers fans.

  13. What was wrong with the attempted transfer of the players? All he could do was try and make them transfer across. No matter who was in charge or what was done the outcome would have been the same.

    .

Sorry, I disagree with you here. He could have tried ASKING them?,, he let rip at a press conference saying they MUST transfer over or face the consequences.. now how can you agree with that? or have i mis-read the whole situation?

  14. Because they want an element of control for their cash and I doubt that they would get that under Green. There's an element of ego with all millionaires and they would all want to be seen as top dog.

Ok,, Good point. I probably hadnt thought like thatm however it still doesnt begger belief if they loved rangers as much as they say they do, why would there egos prevent them pumping in the money?,, sorry, dont buy that. there numbers must'nt add up somewhere, surly not ALL there egos' have got the better of them?

That comes across as if you'd get pleasure in that. :(

Hell no.. I may be a new member, but you should'nt be so pesimistic.

Why would i take pleasure in seeing this go tits up again?

strange comment to make actually. I was just trying to be realistic.

The support has become very polarised over the past few weeks. I'm not sure who is going to end up owning the club but whichever side it is I doubt that many of the allegations on either side will be proven one way or the other, and the one thing that we will need is the support to come together for the good of the club and look forward and not take an attitude of "I told you so."

It would be proven if he sells some of the assets, but I can only agree there comes a time when unity should prevail, and we should all stick together, but I just cant bring myself to think like some of the other rangers fans views I read on here already in such a short space of time.

  15. IMHO,, he should never have came out and TOLD them he was just transfering them over to the newco. he said pubilcally they would all be breaching contract if they did this. that was undermining them from the outset.

I dont think green deserves the loyality some of you are quite keen to throw at him so early when he has been very very sketchy so far.. why has none of the scottish millionares who wanted to pump money in done what green suggested and joined his team?,, theres something fishy somewhere, and i suspect some of you will have egg on your faces soon.

  16. Shite player tbh

I'd take any player right now!, and the lads never had a chance. He has proved he not here for money, and the boy has loyalty, which a lot of the other tossers who pissed off didnt
