Ex goalkeeper myself and i know which penalties i preferred to face and indeed more often than not save. ? And when called upon at penalty shoot outs i always hit mine at least a mt high and never missed.

I do prefer my penalty taker to lift the ball from the ground about 1 metre to give the keeper less if a chance when they guess correctly where as if not mistaken Tav likes to hit his low. Not sure i'd drop him from duty as he does have a very good record from the spot.

Thought i would just quote Gaffer to save me having to type as his selections are identical mine. ? Helander was immense and never put a foot wrong. I can only recall one incident at a corner when his player escaped and got in that header that he should have scored from but if you watch again it was clever play from Feyenoord as they blocked Helander off leaving his player a free run into space.

Katic for me....Gerard had said that he would run through a brick for for him and last night proved that. Sure he started a wee bit shaky but wasn't alone in that department. He should have been penalised for a late foul when he flew over a legia player but that apart was solid. Jack and Davis played really well and took control in the second half breaking up most of their play and keeping us on the front foot.
