Anybody who watched this game notice the JFT 96 protest before it? The atmosphere after the 6 minutes was unreal, well done to the Liverpool fans and it was really fitting since the game was on the BBC.

I think if WS isnt going to give the captancy back to Barry he has to find someone else, Rae just dosent do it for me. IMO one of the reasons we lost against Dunfermline was Durrant trying to fit Rae into the team and in doing so leaving Burke on the bench, i wouldnt even play Rae in his natural central midfield role never mind right mid.

To be honest i dont think it matters a great deal now, lets draw a line under it and concentrate on the future and turning our club around, im sure WS wont stand for any of Fergie's rubbish if he was to try to cause trouble again, if he even did in the first place.

Come on the pool. I was really disapointed with our performance at the weekend, worst we have played at Anfield for a long time. We NEED to put it right tonight it may only be the Carling cup but its probably our best chance of a trophy this year now. 2-0 Liverpool for me, Kuyt and Bellamy to score.

To be fair to Rafa and Wenger the fog lifted by the time the game was supposed to kick off, the game could have easily been played at 7.45. Imo the ref could have delayed the game for half an hour and see how the conditions develop. Funny as feck when sky were interviewing the ref and the liverpool players were using the ref for target practice one even managed to knock the light on the camera out

I disagree mate, i cant really remember McGregor missing many other cross balls that he has tried to get, he does punch the ball a lot rather than holding on to it but as long as he clears it i dont mind. You will probably start naming all the occasions that he has missed crosses but i cant really remember any, especially that have resulted in goals.

Just reading the Evening Times preview on line and it looks like PLG is going to stick with the same team despite the poor performance against Falkirk.

See thats the problem, there is two posters, one thinks Hemdani is the problem and we should bring someone in to partner Svensson and the other thinks Svensson is the problem and we should bring someone in to partner Hemdani.

I think PLG will now know exactly the kind of defender we need, he should have known by looking at videos of the games last year but im confident he knows what is required after the start of this season.

I dont want to see Hemdani there long term either but i think until we can strengthen in January he is our best option from a bad bunch.

Out of interest mate, who would you have as your central defensive pairing? I must admit i would go with Hemdani and Svenson, they made mistakes last night but before that we had two clean sheets in the SPL, If we are going to improve at the back we need to keep the same back four as often as possible barring injuries.

At least he is coming out and saying it, being open about it, just like Gio did when he came to Ibrox, it didnt stop Gio being a good player for us and as long as we are able to sell him on for a profit, i dont see the problem. I have always thought that we would only keep him for a couple of years before a bigger club comes along and buys him. -

I dont think we have to worry about J-Rod playing tonight, seems that PLG has chosen his favourite pairing in the centre of defence.

I agree with Beattie, we really need to back PLG, im not saying i back Murray we need Murray to GTF but we have needed that for a long time and that is not down to PLG or the team.

Sounds positive Frankie i just hope that Murray realises that the fans have had enough of his empty promises and is going to address the issues raised at the meeting.

I would take it to be bull mate, after the mint bursting his balls to get PLG in i think it will be a couple of seasons before he gets rid of him and i also cant see PLG walking away from a challenge, it wouldnt look too good on his impressive CV.
