  1. canny have bomber there his staring would make Hateley feel uncomfortable:)
  2. Ask him to justify his comments on sports direct against historical figures pre-admin and how this deal is therefore beneficial? Why should we trust a man who has stripped the club of vital revenue and turned it into losses in the form of loans? Ask him how can fans trust a man who when given an inch by CG acted with complete contempt for the club signing what must be the worst contract the club or any football club for that matter has ever entered into its history? Does he really think the fans will trust anyone who stands there and thanks Ashley for his input when he has so obviously stripped us to the bone? If Ashley had paid for his contract there would be no need for loans.
  3. Good luck McCoist wish you all the best for the future. Thanks for keeping the doors open during and after admin your actions will never be forgotten.
  4. Why would you assume Ashley has not been the main protagonist all along?Green was a lacky the question is who's lacky? Has Ashley not been the main beneficiary since admin? Would those holding the reigns not be the biggest benefactors? Why else would CG allow him to take the retail deal for nothing and all the other bits and pieces?
  5. Mcdowall:wtf2: if they follow him with davies at the end of the season i give up.
  6. Llambias will be in full control of football matters as well as financial as he was at Newcastle. He went after players suggested by Barr and dealt with contracts and renewals favouring long term deals. He quit Newcastle when they removed football matters from his control and brought in Kinnear. Doubt very much he will back the starting of a D.O.F. Manager wise he was recorded telling Newcastle fans he likes a manager who can fight his corner and tell it how it is.
  7. would it not be the option of a second year at x amount is available if the club want it, as in first refusal ? not necessarily automatic?
  8. If they did the same thing over and over again they would have never got to a usable version. They adapted each time to take in previous mistakes/problems. Its called learning!
  9. http://mistrollingin.wordpress.com/2011/05/30/nottingham-forest-reflections-part-2-%E2%80%93-billy-davies/ http://seatpitch.co.uk/2011/06/13/why-billy-davies-had-to-go/
  10. feel the same about Billy Davis to tell you the truth.
  11. Darren Mcgregor should be signed up and all the rest notified that their contracts will not be renewed as ally says.
  12. Last season on 1st of October, 13 players trained at Rangers (at least three years between 15 and 21 years old) were playing in top division clubs in Europe(does not include English Championship or any league outwith countries premier division). Last year that was the most of any Scottish side by far. Not seen this years numbers.
  13. yeah i agree, but that needs to be put in a form that leaves the majority of Ger's fans certain with no room for spin, counter argument or speculation that the likes of Irvine and his cronies can use to muddy the waters. Those figures show that without leaving any room for sway. Its now unarguable fact he doesn't need Rangers to be successful to make a return that is larger than the one he gets from Newcastle.
  14. Yeah understand that just puts to bed the "we need to be a success" motto for him to make money. If as it says he already makes more through retail with us than with Newcastle. Also shows who will must likely sell the most merchandise abroad were his interests seem to be.
  15. Sommers must be asked to explain his comments saying the merchandise deal makes quite a lot of money for Rangers. How does this statement stand against historical returns? When and how much did we receive that constitutes quite a lot? How does this return justify giving away of an £18m contract for zilch?(i know that wasn't him but he justifies the deal) How does that compute as a good partnership? Why lie to the public/fans? How can trust be garnered when he makes such nonsense statements? Then he should be taken to task on such a nonsense public statement misinforming shareholders and fans alike then asked to resign since he knows nothing of what he speaks or what is good for the club. For a chairman to be so far off the mark is unforgivable.
  16. SD make more from Rangers than they do Newcastle? Newcastle’s retail arm, which has been taken over by Sports Direct is worth £3.4m of business the company. That’s £3.4m off Newcastle’s turnover, including whatever profit it brings. Rangers retail business, now in the hands of Sports Direct, is worth £3.8m in turnover. edit add quote
  17. Don't know if you can call behaviour a part as such. The entity exists as it always has with all its facets in place. The only change is in its leadership which is always a interchanging part. They have changed the way we run and the way we behave. Remove them and we can revert back. Sell off the likes of Ibrox and rent Hampden and we cannot revert back and we have changed as an entity in my opinion.
  18. we will be nothing but a parody of Rangers football club. next on the block Rangers tv.
  19. only hope is that we are both very cynical people! in all honesty only two options left in my opinion. neither very appetizing or appealing and both take immenses sacrifice from fans.
