Call it doom and gloom all you want I just think your maybe being short sighted and confusing hope with opinion. -

Really nice words from Murty on Rangers TV to the fans from today. He speaks really well in the interviews. Interesting comment about them instructing the players not to shoot in fear, think we have all said a bit of composure at times would really help -

Take it the atmosphere was special today and made it seem like a good game. We were dreadful. Nothing but running around like headless chickens chasing punts out wide. We had one tactic. Go right and hope a cross connects. Next game will see doubling out on our right and we will be nullified. Christ at one point we had five players on the right wing all chasing one ball including our left mid. Hearts had a huge gap right through the middle and we couldn't even exploit it. A team who can't adapt to in game play is doomed. We are one dimensional and it's on purpose. It's frighteningly poor. We will beat dross here but the failure to compete in Europe will kill us in the long run. The desperation for a quick fix instead of spending the 5 years building something special has left me gutted. Got to say today is a dark day, 3 points ain't going to change anything but give those that can't see further than celtic a wee boost. Makes me laugh that the exact tactic ally played and championed is now having its praises sang. Last complaint of the night but how can a player who's agent had a go at the club last week and has court cases pending for assualt be given our armband?any day now Wallace's ban will be lifted too. -

Amazing what others see in a game. Think we have been absolutely dreadful. One shot on target well deflected but still counts and haven't managed to string three passes together. The defence looks very dodgy too with the obvious absences Saving grace is hearts have even less of a clue. The space in the centre of the hearts half is shocking. Literally have time to take a couple touches and pick a pass. If we would just calm down in possession and exploit it hearts should be there for the taking. -

And the real reason Pedro failed raises it's ugly head. No chance the linesman doesn't see that -

the only thing miller will bring to the game today is his ego. -

if memory serves he had a couple of games where he struggled then he started scoring with miller in the team then miller dropped out and the goals picked up for a few games then obviously dried up since. don't think the problem between them is football related more personality based. As said will be interesting to see how they get on today and if miller keeps abusing him. -

Makes we sick to the stomach to think of mccinnes in charge. Cant see his appointment as anything other than the final nail in the coffin. -

-
Where does the money for that come from?

Will be followed up with comments from KM and LW tomorrow ,then super ally and Walter next week so we all know the hiring of one of the "boys club" is the best thing to ever happen to us. One siver lining is we will see a thawing in the press as one of theirs takes the seat. Some "guy" that knows what rangers is all about so will play punt the ball tactics, remove all dietary constraints and just tell the youth set up to go back to not bothering as his mates an agent and has kids to feed.

Would be more concerned with who asks to leave. Going to be a few I reckon
-
Would be > £800k basic just for him alone. Zero chance. Nobody with a reputation will put it on the line when they know the very best they can do is second place. No English manager with pedigree wants second place in Scotland on their resume for low wages. Who in their right mind that isn't desperate will look at us and think they can win the majority of old firm games and challenge for the league?? Doubt the expectations of our fans has ever been so far off.

No chance any of those names are coming for under £1m. Going to be a lot of unhappy bears by the looks of some names being quoted The wage structure will remain. It's £1m for the full 1st team management Squad. Not per individual as would be needed for these names. Pedro is our level he's the sort of guy you get for £500k with the rest spent on support staff. Nobody with huge experience or a history of doing well will be within reach. It's an up and comer or someone who has tarnished his reputation. Other than that it's aN unemployed guy who wants a quick stepping stone to a better job which we can't really afford to happen right now. So it's going to be another left field pedro type or a x player nobody else would employ.

So no goal keeping coach, no fitness coach or training coaches left at 1st team level bar maybe JJ but not sure if he's still around or not . And Murty is meant to cover all that! No doubt next week's press release: really nice of Wallace and miller to help out and amazingly they showed great promise so have been given the job full time with BF in to give a hand as he offered the second the club needed him in these unexpected times Absolute shambles.
-
wage is less than £1m so gio favre allardyce are all out and most likely Neil too unless he has no other offers from lower league English sides and is willing to take a big pay cut. Walter has retired and won't return especially with king and park in situ. He won't work for them. Mccinnes we can't afford plus he doesn't want the job. Will be Kenny miller and Barry Ferguson with most likely Mcleish as mentor.if we can afford all three if not probably add in JJ instead of Mcleish
