The continued use of Miller and Windass doesn't make it look like they are considered bit part players. Minus Alves have we played what we consider our strongest side even once yet for even one half? If not then we need to question what side he sees as his best. You would usually want your favoured starting 11 to play together as often as possible. It could also be that PC thinks the bedding in of the Mexicans will take longer than the first 10 or so games of the season. Pena and Herrera not starting the second leg is puzzling. For Pena not to even make the bench makes me think he must be a long long way off if he can't perform or gain sharpness/awareness from playing an amateur side. All in all there is a strong chance PC has lost the majority of the dressing room and if that's the case then his best side might be irrelevant.

Would usually agree with the use of child abuse as a counter being unacceptable but now it's gloves off time. Hypocrisy will be pointed out as loudly and as clearly as possible. think you have miss read my comments mate. Twice face to face is enough. As in you don't need to watch them in person more than twice. Obviously there are far more intricate things that go on but they are all analysis based done from video or as you say stats by a dedicated team not the scouts. Scouts watch a player once or twice in person and also some vids before and after the face to face viewing, then put them forward. They make a decision based on those viewings then those players are passed on for more detailed analysis refining down the applicants. But at the end of the day people are paid to watch players a couple of times and make decisions on the players merit and whether they fit the criteria desired. Every fan can do as the scouts do and make quick decisions based on what they see and what they don't see. It's a skill but it is done Edit- should have added that the analysis is there to validate the scouts belief not replace it . Analysis is a tool to try and give numerical values to those human interpretations of the scouts findings so it can be seen and understood by those without the insight of a scout.

To be fair if you can't judge a player after two games then your just not good at making quick efficient and ultimately correct decisions. Two games is plenty to get a handle on a players worth. Most signings aren't watched more than twice in person. Some people have a skill for it others don't, doesn't mean it shouldn't be done

The club need to organise a friendly at Ibrox with an spfl side immediately, show it on RTV and give tickets to ST holders for free and inform Pedro it would be in his best interests to put his very best foot forward. If after the game no progress can be seen with his full side out then the board need to sit and make a decision. It would be an unfair and stressful thing to do but it weeds out the weak and let's them all know that below par effort will not be accepted

Sorry but if UEFA banned a player then informed the players new club and the country's governing body and that team them plays said player who also has a big role in the win then UEFA have zero option but to ban the side completely. Don't want us to accept it though. If presented the option replay the match. Players banned for doping is about as bad as it gets. Every guy banned has an excuse for what he was taking but at the end of the day he's banned .

Obviously we have some serious issues. The players looked completely lost and unsure of what's happening. The new signings so far look very poor. The manager looks tired and up against it at every turn. Worst of all it looks like quite a few players don't have any belief in the manager. All that being said doesn't make Mccinnes a good manager he is a dud. Sorry but he is, he is not even close to being good enough. If PC was sacked it can't be to replace him with someone as poor as Mccinnes level. We have invested heavily in PC and have not to date seen a single game with his preferred team. For me that's his biggest mistake and one he may well pay the price for. If it was down to me I would stick with PC but insist the strongest squad possible plays from now on. A team meeting must be called between the DoF and the players. If the players say they have no faith in the route the club is taking then we have a stark choice to make. Get rid of the players who are in doubt or get rid of the manager. For me those players have been a problem since they arrived under MW. The mentality shown is dreadful. They have no fight. Clean house fully once and for all. It is also imperative the captain loses his position. He was silent during the game with rossiter the only player pushing the others on. Miller is a problem his moaning and lack of concentration on his own game needs dealt with. The captain also failed to face the fans after the game. Not even remotely captain material. Give it to Alves and let's start knocking heads together.
