  1. I still don't think paul Murray is the person to take us forward. Last time he was on the board he stayed quiet and never done a thing, who is to say he won't to this again, can we take that chance? I don't think Paul Murray has done himself favours either by the way he has handle the TBK stuff, or using certain media outlets and people as puppets.
  2. Is this what changed your mind, as the few post I have read you have had you mind made up for a while. So, we have a club with no board, who do we bring in? Myself, the easdales have been very quiet and we need to see what they are up to, as to who we bring in, then I haven't really seen any candidates worth while, apart from Blin who is no linger an option.
  3. Unable to read the story but unless he actually has proof it is just blatant scare mongering
  4. I honestly have no idea what yo believe as everything seems to have spin or an agenda attached. In don't really want any ex rangers people, king may get a pass if he was to acquire a controlling stake, so it really leaves mike Ashley who doesn't seem to say a word and has interest in Newcastle which would stop him from buying us. At least there is still the footie to watch.
  5. So how would these people get proper money out of the club if they are not receiving a salary, ie whyte, tickets or anyone else? Surely running it into the group is not the best idea.
  6. Sorry but I must of missed this release. I am also sure it has been shown numerous times that when PM joined rangers there was debt, and it didn't start dropping till Lloyd's came in, but then again he was only a NED so had no control over anything David Murray done.
  7. This all comes down to who you think is suitable to take charge. I can still see a lot of fighting and mud slinging if a certain bodies don't get their way, and don't expect the loser to just walk away silently either.
  8. Is this the list you are referring to? Further to the announcement on 1 October 2013, the Company confirms that notices under section 338 of the Companies Act 2006 were received from Paul Murray, Malcolm Murray, Colin Howell, Ian Cormack, John Graham, Lynchwood Nominees Limited, Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited, Rock (Nominees) Limited, Redmayne (Nominees) Limited, Bank of New York (Nominees) Limited, Lion Nominees Limited dated 27 September 2013, and from Singer Nominees Limited dated 30 September 2013, ("Notices") together representing 5.03 per cent of the voting rights of the Company ("Notifying Shareholders"). If not can you point me to the list , thanks
  9. No you have someone saying they have the backing of 28%, with only a couple coming out publicly and saying the back him which made up about 6%, and then last week a list was made, possibly backing the court challenge and the total there only made up about 2%. 28% is still 23% away from being the majority.
  10. I have to disagree and say it does matter about the money you put in as it gives you a vote a the agm. I know Mather was supposed to be an interim appointment, but I still think he was doing a decent job. I am sure more people have said that than just Walter. Now what are we left with, the easdales and stockbridge, probably the fans distrust most. If the majority of shareholders, big players ownership wise didn't like the board why haven't they made this public? Expect us to have no board soon, or a board put together by the easdales, which I am not saying is a bad or good thing.
  11. Paul Murray can still fuck off. Sad to see that the minority groups are still some how getting their way by using scare tactics. This is a man that was endorsed by a good few people that he was doing a good job and as said had put his own money in.
  12. This is a very bad interview for Ally and will possibly be the final nail in the coffin if he wants it or not. It is something I certainly didn't expect, maybe more of the we tried our best, Forfar were good type of crap but not this.
  13. Have we had a quote from McColl that he will be actually working as part of this new challenge or is it all just say so, or that he supports it but won't actually be part of it? Who knows where king is, or where PM was, but as soon as they want you to know they have there outlets go into overdrive to make their opinion appear as fact without any evidence, and that is what really pises me off is the lack of evidence and the you just have to believe me as I am better than you or know what is best for rangers/fans.
  14. This just doesn't look good, after all the other rubbish this week a win would maybe get us thinking about football again. Forfar just there with a good couple of chances, according to twitter
  15. Out of the 3 I think the home looks best, not too keen on the away or 3rd kit.
  16. Why don't we just wait till tomorrow
  17. The way I see it is the SPL clubs still have all the power with the voting structure and us the fans still haven't got what we want in the way of larger leagues.
  18. There will be a lot of people I'm business that has cheated the tax one way or another and just haven't got caught and not on that scale. I just poised my question as I live on the east coast so don't know any of these rumours and obviously now they have a pretty high profile company that I am sure they will have a lot of eyes on them if they were still doing something dodgy. 15 years is a very long time and some people do change of grow, if Dave king never had luck on his side he would be doing time or at least convicted and some people forget that he basically got away on a technicality, and that is if he even is fully away.
  19. I have heard numerous times that they are this and they are that, but for people no living locally in the area they grew up in we have no knowledge of this and no one is willing to provide evidence. So it is either old wifey tales or they are good at what they do which can't be a bad thing. I have a funny feeling a lot of the bad press comes from the fact they are not the so called "rangers men" people have been talking about or promoting. So it looks like a no win situation for rangers fans that want to invest.
  20. One of the main problems I see is that we have these fan groups/people that get on tv and it is portrayed they speak for all of us, when the different groups all together are lucky if the have 10000 members, and a large bulk of that is because you automatically become a member by being part of a RSC. I just want the team to be ran more like a business so that we don't have to ever get back to the stage of relying on a run in Europe or stuff like that.
  21. Who are the right people? This is something I just don't get with people going on about the right people. The supposedly right people were making a mockery of the club with their stupid bids and tie ons. I understand that dave's king may of not been able to bid at that time due to other circumstances but there were a lot of other "right people" that could of but they didn't. Green and his investors at that time were the only people that put up the money and got a bid accepted. If they are to make money then rangers need to be successful, and if rangers are successful then we should all be happy.
  22. Expelling them from SFL would only play into their hands and give them a reason to join the SPL. The SFA should be coming in and sorting this out by making them adhere to the rules or ban them from football for a full season or some other punishment. At the end of the day it is still the same poor league sizes.
