  1. Literally nobody. The forums will be red hot for a day or two, the bloggers will get their drawers in a bunch, and we'll all soldier on until they end up using Ibrox as collateral for a lend of a score. What we really need is few pumpings from timothy before we see any real action from the support. Sadly, a year or so away yet. By that time, it will most probably be too late.
  2. Did they both not end up with most of Green's shares, and now they are both calling the shots on dubious loans? Purely coincidental, I'm sure.
  3. It would be a small sacrifice if it stopped our skilful players getting booted up and down the park every week. Get 3/4-0 up, and let him half someone in two. Word soon gets around that we won't be fucked with. We would probably need a suitable back-up for the inevitable bannings.
  4. We should bump Laxey and let them have Edmiston house. It's sitting doing nothing anyway. Not sure why the car park is part of the security, if Edmiston house is worth a million. You'll need a degree in accounting to make any sense of next years accounts.
  5. Are people really arguing over how shite Daly is? He is what he is. A big lump that encourages us to play awful football. It's not his fault, it's the people that bought him and chose the tactics that hold the most blame. Mentioning Daly and Hateley in the same breath is lolable.
  6. As someone alluded to earlier in the thread, we lack an enforcer that other teams fear. Black's been getting thrown about like a wee lassie since the day he joined us. We need a Hurlock type for these leagues.
  7. Faure was 'lucky' his boot was off the floor there.
  8. I think we've got a punchers chance in that group. ROI and Poland are no great shakes if we get our act together. Lol at Englands group. Fucking disgusting.
  9. It was meant to be ironic. Using capitalist means(buying shares), for a socialist goal(fan ownership).
  10. Can't agree with that. It's a football club, not choosing what's the best supermarket to shop at. Dividing our forces only makes us weaker, and easier to exploit. If you assume that our support has a finite amount of spare cash, where's the benefit in dividing it? Personally I think it's all a waste of money, and supporters already pay enough to have a major say. We just haven't worked out how to utilise our undoubted power. Buying shares in dribs and drabs is pissing in the wind.
  11. Some goal he got today.....
  12. Jig was finished 3 seasons ago. Dropping down the leagues gave him a second wind, but he's gone back to being pish. He's never a CH in a million years.
  13. Why can't the respective committees meet for a pint and just decide on one scheme with a clear aim? They all say they want what's best for the club, but everyone thinking up their own plan is only dividing the amount of spare cash that our support may have. There's no need for the confusion that 2 different schemes is creating.
  14. Haha, the guy he booked was nowhere near it either. Bent. The ref's awful, but we're not far behind. Conceding 3 at home to this mob is rank.
  15. Now I'm really worried. Ally giving any board/CEO his full backing is usually the kiss of death. I'd take his words with a pinch of salt. Unfortunately, many of our support take his word as gospel, regardless of how often he's led us down the wrong path. I wish he'd stay out of matters like trying to convince supporters to give 'crooks' their hard earned.
  16. He must know what he's doing, because if he doesn't, we are literally up shit creek. I'm sure he could buy them all out tomorrow if he really wanted to, but he would probably be held to ransom for as much as they could squeeze out of him. It's not as simple as buying a few shares and getting your foot in the door. This mob have got it sewn up, and have done since day one. This new 'loan' will only serve to strengthen their position. Laxey have some sort of say because they joined in with the status quo, and are happy to be in it for the quick buck. I doubt Prior has much say about what goes on.
  17. Not me man, I even argue with people I agree with. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, regardless of how it's formed, but the facts are indisputable, no matter how a section of us try to spin them.
  18. It doesn't really matter if he lost the lot, or got a bit back. Anyone that questions King's motives is nothing short of a crazy person. King certainly never invested for profit, he want's what's best for the club.
  19. Some of us have evolved to having our own opinions, formed from facts that we seek. Others find it easier to just agree with so called 'respected' posters on the internet. The support for these wanks from certain forums is baffling. I take comfort from the fact that the same people were right behind Whyte, and then Green. I got banned from every Rangers forum, this one aside, for calling Green a wank from day 1. Hey ho.
  20. What exactly are you expecting at the end of this mysterious 120 days? A full statement of accounts, or an explanation of what they are up to? The 120 days is and was nothing more than buying time after the AGM. Just enough time for them to tie us up like a kipper again. So far under Mr Wallace, we have the continued employment of Irvine, the botched reduction of the players salaries, and now this dodgy loan. He has no real influence on anything important, as far as I can see. If he does, then he's just as bad as them.
  21. Most legit businesses also search for the best possible deal on any loans if working capital is required. I think it's safe to assume that this wasn't the best deal for the benefit of the club. I think that's why many are annoyed at it. That's before you even start on the reasons that we actually need this 'loan'. It's a good statement from the RST. Would be nice to see more like it.
