  1. It's actually working out quite a bit more than that Frankie. I reckon between buying the shirt, getting it embroidered and posting and packing it costs us about £19. All the rest is going into shares. There are no admin charges as we are all doing the work for nothing in our own time.

Outstanding pal. Imagine, just imagine. 5.5m fans worldwide, 250k in Manchester, 50k at Ibrox on a good day. The people are there but there is something missing.........

  2. Duff & Phelps are an interesting conundrum, as we know Lord Hodge last year cleared the administrators and the company of any conflict, however the incompetence of investigating authorities has no end as years of failed cases are testament to. I do wonder what Lord Hodge makes of his judgement as passed being questioned.

Do you think he really cares? Perhaps he went with what he wanted rather than what was right.

  3. A certain obsessed blogger from Donegal wrote a blog on Saturday stating that Ashley's recently had surveyors at Ibrox and that a complete repair & refurb could cost around £20m.

It is a shitehole though. Decrepit and neglected. It needs so much work done to it back to front, top to bottom.

  4. Frightening. The man is a compulsive liar. Here is another belter from him.

McCoist said. "I spoke to Derek Llambias on Wednesday and I've spoken to him a good few times. He has been positive about the team and is obviously keen to help the team progress. We're still very, very hopeful we can get promoted this year and we're all aware of the challenges ahead. So we'll see what the January window brings."

  5. Nothing to do with fans not attending if we go into admin again

Of course it is. They are the life blood of the club and have cost us anything between £5m and £10m through this boycott, maybe more. The fact the board have refused to do anything to bring these fans back should tell us all we need to know about the men in charge. That is the problem, rather than not accepting a portion of the blame.

  6. How does he know who to look at if he doesn't know what budget he is working with? What a ridiculous way to work.

    Kids, eh?

We need players who will improve our first team, not kids up for experience of being a sub. It's such a waste of time. Campbell isn't going to get a game ahead of players like Boyd, Miller or Daly. Even Clark should be ahead of him. Is McCoist going to drop Law or Black for Vuckic? Obviously not. Will he be on the bench? What then for Shiels and Peralta who earn around £10k a week between them? And young Crawford and Murdoch, our own kids?

Very underwhelming stuff. Would much rather we were more concerned with getting bodies out the club.

  7. Now playing the emotional card. This will no doubt win fans among our weak minded and female fans. I've went full circle with the man, from idolising and worshiping him, celebrating every goal he scored to now fully despising him and every word he utters. The mere mention of his name has me cringing and the sound of his voice makes me sick. He is unrecognizable to the happy, cheery bubbly wee guy who signed for us all those years ago. This is not Super Ally our legend.

  8. We need to find a way to tripple it sustainably.

Even then an £18m wage bill against Celtics £30m one we can't expect to challenge them over the course of the seasons ahead. They just turnedover £65m again. We can't get near that, we just ain't big enough. We would need to add about £30m onto our revenue next year, and then for every season after. It's unrealistic. Our normal turnover as an SPL club was only around £40m and we ran at a £10m loss carrying the huge squads that we did.

  9. this has been raised before and I'm not sure it was defined. In football Does normal reporting of Ratio of wages to income only include first team squad? I may be wrong but I thought this figure included all wages (or at least all football related)??

The whole thing is fairly new i think, i don't recall Murray or McCann shouting about wages/turnover ratio. Whatever way we look at it, £5/6/7/8m in wages for players at this level is repugnant and we clearly cannot afford it.
