  1. I blame no one else other than SDM selling to whyte for £1 for our demise aided and abetted by compliant boards throughout his chairman/ownership, as for any other teams our owns problems are quite enough for me to be going on with
  2. What frightens me is the lengths people like you are prepared to go too in pursuit of a moot point, endangering the club in the process and without a care about possible consequences. If the OP is misleading in its very clear statement as to names, admin should change it.
  3. OK got you now, they the requisitioners despite claiming they have the names don't have the names at all as the board failed to reveal them, so they lied ?
  4. Have they or not secured names, statement is crystal clear that they claim to have done so. Murray and Mccoll's legal team have also secured the identities of the figures behind Blue pitch Holdings and Margarita Holdings, they will be revealed by tomorrow.
  5. Seems to be some hold up in producing names would that be because they don't have any other than those on the register, Blue Pitch and Margarita.
  6. Regan's final sentence in his statement is quite clear as to possible consequences over something dragged up again by the requisitioners something that had already been settled at that, absolute madness to have it back on the table again. seems there are those who would wish to test him on it.
  7. The only thing that frightens me is that people like you see nothing wrong in putting the clubs existence on the line for God knows what, you won't be doing it in my name.
  8. OK you are happy to risk all at least we know where you stand, noble of you.
  9. It matters not one jot what I think, if the price of me not knowing is that I still have a club to support I am only too happy with that, it is only too clear what regan said I would rather not give him the slightest opportunity to follow through on that comment, but that is just me others may think proving a moot point is worth risking everything for, count me out on that one.
  10. I will leave you and that well known strawman regan to travel the dangerous road, be careful what you wish for, who knows what the end result will be. As long as you are happy with the end result of Murray going over old ground settled by MM's inquiry that will be fine them, whatever the possible outcome is. "We have a legally binding indemnity given to us by the consortium at the time, fronted by Charles Green, Malcolm Murray and Imran Ahmad that Craig Whyte is not involved in any way with Rangers and that was the key requirement which the board needed to have prior to that membership being awarded. We are able to challenge the membership in the event that Craig Whyte is involved."
  11. I don't care about something that is legally none of my business question is why should you care, you appear to think business law/law of the land is going to be changed to suit you or anyone else, get real. Maybe some won't be happy until the SFA get sick of us being drawn to their attention and order another inquiry which we will have to pay for, you know like the one MM ordered and found nothing.
  12. The corporate nominee is the registered shareholder to all intents and purposes held in trust to and on behalf of the beneficial shareholder, that is the end of the trail. Nothing untoward nothing criminal (unless connected to Rangers some would have us believe) an everyday business tool used by small to multi national companies. To reiterate below, so why the mystery ? it must be true it is from the rhebel. "Murray also revealed his legal team has secured permission to burst open the secrecy behind the club’s mysterious investor groups, Blue Pitch Holdings and Margarita Holdings. It’s expected the paperwork, which should confirm the identity of the anonymous moneymen behind both camps, will be handed over to Murray and McColl’s lawyers by tomorrow". http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=newssearch&cd=1&cad=rja&ved=0CC4QqQIoADAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailyrecord.co.uk%2Fsport%2Ffootball%2Ffootball-news%2Fbattle-rangers-former-director-paul-2486279&ei=D3luUo3TD8Gr0gXwu4HICQ&usg=AFQjCNFJYUbMxQyZ4n3jdyV6w_eA4KJzLQ
  13. Just as a matter of record the information which PM claims solicitors garnered under the FOI is nonsense, as it is not covered by FOI acts either under the parliament acts or the Scottish act of 2002.
  14. You need to convince yourself of what you believe, I know what and whom I believe.
  15. I simply stated the facts no laws broken it is no one's business other than the shareholders, so tell us why the lawyers of PM haven't released the names which they had claimed to have obtained under freedom of information. I for one do not believe they have obtained any names under FOI or anything else. To return to the subject matter, jackson's story is absolutely risible.
  16. Have those wishing their identity withheld broken any laws ? as they apparently haven't it is none of my business yours or anyone else's, having said that we have been told PM's lawyers are in possession of the elusive names, why don't they publish them ?
  17. The fact that FF and its owner are pushing this story as credible is sickening and shameful.
  18. The day late rhebel is anti Rangers anti Union, their front page today is a disgrace jumping on the tailcoats of other rhags, the published pictures are about 7 years old iircc the uniforms are pre 2006 issue. Jackson is a poor journalist who is only interested in doing his Rangers hating editors bidding to keep his job, truth being the price of that job. The fhilthy rhag and its staff should be banned from Ibrox and any contact with club staff whatsoever manager and players included.
  19. I couldn't stop laughing at the thought of a stranger ringing up Interpol's most wanted and getting an answer, while Interpol appear unable to find their most wanted, beyond parody.
  20. I didn't see any agreement by McColl's group towards fan ownership, is community ownership some strange spin off with no power other than a name ?
  21. Mind numbing from McCoist and will probably have the same effect on the players.
  22. Correct, like for like would have been the same open scrutiny in the Ibrox suite as that the board accepted rather than another selective meeting.
  23. I was as you are probably aware thinking more of 8 Aug 2013 and the ambush.
