What frightens me is the lengths people like you are prepared to go too in pursuit of a moot point, endangering the club in the process and without a care about possible consequences. If the OP is misleading in its very clear statement as to names, admin should change it.

OK got you now, they the requisitioners despite claiming they have the names don't have the names at all as the board failed to reveal them, so they lied ?

Have they or not secured names, statement is crystal clear that they claim to have done so. Murray and Mccoll's legal team have also secured the identities of the figures behind Blue pitch Holdings and Margarita Holdings, they will be revealed by tomorrow.

Seems to be some hold up in producing names would that be because they don't have any other than those on the register, Blue Pitch and Margarita.

It matters not one jot what I think, if the price of me not knowing is that I still have a club to support I am only too happy with that, it is only too clear what regan said I would rather not give him the slightest opportunity to follow through on that comment, but that is just me others may think proving a moot point is worth risking everything for, count me out on that one.

I don't care about something that is legally none of my business question is why should you care, you appear to think business law/law of the land is going to be changed to suit you or anyone else, get real. Just as a matter of record the information which PM claims solicitors garnered under the FOI is nonsense, as it is not covered by FOI acts either under the parliament acts or the Scottish act of 2002.

You need to convince yourself of what you believe, I know what and whom I believe.

I simply stated the facts no laws broken it is no one's business other than the shareholders, so tell us why the lawyers of PM haven't released the names which they had claimed to have obtained under freedom of information. I for one do not believe they have obtained any names under FOI or anything else. To return to the subject matter, jackson's story is absolutely risible.

Have those wishing their identity withheld broken any laws ? as they apparently haven't it is none of my business yours or anyone else's, having said that we have been told PM's lawyers are in possession of the elusive names, why don't they publish them ?

Jackson is a poor journalist who is only interested in doing his Rangers hating editors bidding to keep his job, truth being the price of that job. Correct, like for like would have been the same open scrutiny in the Ibrox suite as that the board accepted rather than another selective meeting.
