Today's terrorist tomorrow's statesman, look no further than Adams and McGuinness, the way it has been since time immemorial.
There is certainly some truth in that statement. From the cowardly death squads to all smiles receptions at the Whitehouse. I wonder what they talk about over dinner - "Hey there Mardy what was your murder weapon of choice?" Does my friggin' head in.

So what did we learn? Anything new apart from Irvine's alleged salary.
With all due respect mate, without representation from OUR current board (why?) what did you expect?

irvine on 40k a month and a 100k bonus if the current board win the agm. holy fuck.
Would not be surprised. What a fucking insult to all Bears.

You're not wrong mate. We certainly have our fair share of screwballs.@ChrisGraham76 if its also open to all rangers fans why have certain groups badges on the notice ? All of which back TBK ? #agendadriven@ChrisGraham76 @AGMcKillop why should I have to send you a name and email I thought this meeting was open to all, clearly not

Would also be interesting to hear some views from the McCollco camp, who've been rather quiet lately.
This. Why so quiet?

Impressive CV. Good luck to the guy.

Could someone please post the text of the article? It would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

The lad certainly knows where the net is. Always thought he was a decent striker, especially when given the service.
Look back at some of the goals he scored for us, it's pretty impressive quality of finish.
Not surprised Strachan is looking at him again. Good luck to the guy.

And people have to fork out 40p for this rag? This is how laughable mainstream media has gotten. But of course they wouldn't lie would they!!
The label on a tin of beans would make more interesting reading ffs!
Joke of a NEWSpaper.

Like most I remember that day vividly, sitting here in Lisburn, stunned in front of our TV set.
The No Surrender mantra was chanted by many NI civilians as we got up for work next day, sick to the stomach but continued to work in Police stations and Army bases despite the threat of being murdered for doing so.
Sadly Enniskillen was, for my generation, the latest in a long line of horrific terrorist attacks up to that point including the Claudy Massacre, Bloody Friday, the Kings Mills Massacre, La Mon House and Darkley.
The murder of Lord Mountbatten in 1979 is also lodged in my memory along with the death of 4 soldiers in the Lisburn 'Fun Run' bombing of 1988.
Such trauma and adversity seemed to strengthened our resolve.
Forgive me if I appear glib but I think a similar spirit is visible amongst the Rangers support. We appear to be under attack from every direction, and despite our differences the cry is no surrender!
I know D'Art served in the forces and his post stems from a deep understanding of the subject.
Today thanks to people like him I can bimble around Northern Ireland in relative safety, in an imperfect peace but a peace none the less.
All together now...
No Surrender!
That's truly from the heart. I know exactly where you are coming from. Great post!
The apologists for the Irish Republican terrorist, sectarian cowards are still at their work and trying to rewrite their bloody, murderous history.
Thank you for posting here the reality of their shame.

Like others here I still remember the shock and disbelief.
The anger came sure enough a while later.
An act of cowardice and hate that has left a permanent scar.
The people who organised, sanctioned, approved and perpetrated this hate crime are now in government in the country they blighted and despised, and still do.
Go figure!

Love the guy's optimism and self belief. He's starting to look fine player as well. He also seems to enjoy being here.
Had thought it may be too soon for the mhanky mob, but what the hell. Bring them on!!!!

Depends....but where has backing down got us, or more to the point progressed others!
Green opens his face and tonnes of sewerage falls out of it every time.
The guy was/is a chancer who is quids in thanks to RFC and fans and he cares not a jot for our welfare, only for his and his pals bank balances.

I thought this also in the back of my mind. Leads by example.I was genuinely excited when we signed Daly due to being impressed with his displays anytime we played DUFC and that he is the type of centre forward I like and believed that we needed. He has lived up to that reputation and reading what his teammates and coaches say about him, he certainly displays the attributes required at this club and he appears to be the composite professional.
Dare I say a Rangers captain in the making?

????........
Bizarre! What the actual #@*$ is that clown on?
Apart from someone's toxic payroll that is.
Allegedly.

Aye carumba!

Their keeper looks like he was trying to punch Daly as opposed to the ball.
And he is lining up a right hook!

The commentator in the stream I was watching (not alba) said IBROX!

I can hear the bleating and yapping already.

Not very impressed by Templeton as yet. 30 minutes and nothing of note, no wonder he can't get a game.
He does flatter to deceive a bit.
He seems to have the talent but he appears subdued somehow.

We need to get beyond their defenders on the flanks and get balls into the danger area. We need someone who can take a man on and beat him and push on into the space.
They have not threatened too much but I'm a bit worried we could get hit with a sucker punch here that might lift them. Hopefully not.
Come on Gers!

Is there a more dense or dim witted footballer in the world than that moron?
I think not!
Good to see we are back in our rightful place.

certainly my favorite national anthem.
Agreed, it really is fabulous.
Also La Marseillaise.

I can see Burt Reynolds!
Didn't know he was a pal of Johnny Adair's.

I too feel like a stranger in the land of my birth. A land that my father and grandfather donned British Army uniforms to defend and offered the ultimate sacrifice for. Breaks my heart to see how they have been let down time and time again.
