He should have played the diamond with Pena in the point, McCrorie at the back and Holt and Barjonas in the middle.
He could even have played Herrera up front and put Morelos in the point.
Windass or Kranjcar in the point was another option as was 3 at the back.
There were plenty of options he just picked the wrong one.
Agree with that pete he did pick the wrong option the problem was he did not try to change things, as his starting line up was not working .

Great read Ian, my problem about the manager hunt is the the silence from the board . Obviously names not to be mentioned but give us an update.

I liked the way Warburton played with ball domination. We just needed a better standard of player to carry it out and also have a cutting edge. Celtic play the same way. Get the ball back as quick as possible and preferably in the opponents half.
Pete yes it is good to watching nice passing football . The problem is we play this football where it dose not have any chance of us scoring a goal.
The problem is as you and i know the players have no heart or fight in them just look at Hamilton or Dundee poor players with some heart and on a fraction of the money.
Now we are landed with these players with no chance of any money back for them . So do we keep playing these imposters or do we try and offload and pay part of the wages to some team who are crazy enough to take them. I would rather watch youth players learning the trade than this dross.
Sorry about the rant guys am usually a lurker but needed to blow of some steam i am hurting same as you and yes i still love my team No surrender.

Am I missing something? Most teams play 8 games in 8 weeks don't they?!
Even I play 9 or 10 Saturday 11-a-side games every 8 weeks.....
Gave me a laugh but know what you mean, i think.

Dose any body think same as me that Graeme should be a serious contender for manager . He seems to have respect from our senior players or is a lot of money for an Aberdeen manager our answer.

The only thing i can say about the game today is they have made me a very happy bear , watched it on SKY with sound up and listening to our tremendous support usually sound mute on B.T. Any way enjoying my night beer in hand and listening to some of our tunes so bring on the Glasgow Rangers.

It wasn't the best advised thing to do but given the criticism the fella receives (most valid, some not) I think we can afford to cut him some slack today.
Frankie i do not think he is good enough for us but then again his confidence is at zero , good goal today .

I cannot believe we still have some fans on here moaning and groaning
After the week we have been through and then to go a goal down away from home and come back and win 3-1 is a fantastic effort.
It seems that so many of our fans only like to be unhappy like wee free Ministers all doom and gloom
I felt today as if a huge weight has been lifted from the entire club.
I think Pedro is a really decent good man meh did understand the Rangers unfortunately he just wasn’t up to it and he never convinced the squad either.
I expect us to go on a bit of a run now that the shackles are off of us.
Barrheadboy well said this was a helluva game for us after the week we have had , the team and fans were brilliant and the doom and gloom guys are never happy. Good post.

Reading that makes you feel so sad and so proud of the young men who gave everything to give us our freedom . Protestants , catholics and muslims fought and died together God bless every one of them.
WE WILL NEVER FORGET .

We all know we will struggle all season unless we get a striker no easy task even septic have only thumb heed . Any decent striker would be down to the championship straight away . So we are hoping our academy or perhaps somebody like Bruno who must have contacts can help us out .

I went to bed last night in one hell of a bad mood i could not get over the corrupt cheating hibs 12th man and possibly in the morning i will have calmed down.
Morning now and i have just watched highlights again and the penalty that Dallas shat out of for Partick in extra time . Naw i am still raging as most of you guys on here except colin stein thinks, something strange going on behind the scenes in our game. Yes i am paranoid and i thought we were very poor when we went ten men .Rant over i feel better now.

Colin not so long ago we beat celic 3-2 with 10 men in a cup game Ally scoring the winner , these players when they went to 10 men looked as if they were the team with he extra man

This referee performance is unbelievable. I'm trying to restrain myself from saying what I really think, but I'm finding it really hard to believe those were just mistakes today. Either he's had the worst game ever, or .....
Gaffer, same as you horrendous refereeing but i was so disappointed with our game in the 2nd half possibly our new players do not realise what this game means to us .

The strange thing about this is in the 60 s and 70s this was the song we used to sing to them and i loved it. Think this was in reference to the I.R.A. collaborating with the nazis during the war and parkhead being closed down for being nazi sympathizers.
Any body know when and how this was reversed to us , i used to love standing on the terraces singing that at them and also if i had a tommy gun , how times have changed.

Pete you are correct we must get our people back in to media and football governing bodies as soon as pos.
