  1. Dont put any money into the club mate. if it goes into administration you will lose your money. theresa real good chance that will happen. wait until the current turmoil is over before you put any money into the club.

If it goes under, I will be underwater a lot more than the price for two tickets. I bought shares already (20K) just to support the club last year so at the end of the day, I want to do anything that I can to prevent administration.

  2. Contact them and you ask for a copy of the Directors Service Contracts at the same time.

Fantastic idea. As a solider in the US (part time now), this would be a fantastic idea. Much appreciated.

  3. I am a fan and shareholder in the United States. Outside of maybe two trips a year over, I can't see the team play in Ibrox a lot. That being said, I would like to buy 2 season tickets this year to support the Club (and Team) and did not know if there was an organization that I could contract to donate my tickets to each month.

  4. nothing at all.

In order for me to to be satisfied (and in true UofA fashion), I would imagine that they are guilty until proven innocent so they need to turn over their bank records, sources of income and all correspondence with TE Dave King. Think they can do that by the end of tomorrow?

  5. im pretty sure if we get 40 thousand people signed up the will. after that it's only a matter of finding the tipping point and getting there.

    .

Put down the pipe and step away from the needle. At most, this company will only find 10-15K other malcontents (pawns) to join this scheme.

  6. No they won't for a number of reasons:

    1. the vehicle set up by King (wholly owned and controlled by one person living overseas) doesn't lend itself to a company giving its biggest assets as security..

I think a huge red flag would be waved all around if they gave to that company, owned by a convicted tax evader, some sort of control over assets that are integral to the normal club operations. It would not surprise me in any way to see King eventually sue the club for some unknown reason if his company (not trust) was ever granted any sort of security on those assets.

  7. I note the club statement about UoF ST fund attacks every point from yesterday's announcement EXCEPT the claim that only 2000 season tickets have been sold. Wonder why.

and your negative point against the Board is what? Spit it out..you know you are about to nut all over yourself in glee..

  8. His contract is so loosely worded that his bonus is basically in the gift of his boardroom colleagues, there are no written benchmarks for him to attain. It appears for all intents and purposes to be nothing more than a hidden salary entitlement.

Buying a season ticket is solely a matter of personal choice it's not a mandatory requirement.

Pity I quite enjoyed watching you blow the occasional fuse!...........:)

Can you link (or show) the language in his contract? I haven't seen this anywhere else but it would be very useful to read the actual contract and contractual language.
