    He has already explained the conditions in which he would do that. It is not going to happen at this juncture as there is still plenty of meat left on the bones.

    That may, or may not, be so, but what does it have to do with the share issue story? If they do 'call his bluff', what is your idea of how they get him to invest?

    Call his bluff on what? He has already said that he would underwrite a rights issue up to £50m but that he would not line the pockets of those running things now. This story is about unissued shares which would only be made available to existing shareholders.

    It really has come to something when the excuse for moving an ill-disciplined player from one role to another is that he wouldn't be able to wander as far out of position as he normally does!

    According to their Twitter account, the report was on their site and would be made available to everyone else in the near future. That was over a week ago.

    That's all very well, but there isn't a cat in Hell's chance that all existing shareholders will take up the offer. Any slack will be taken up by the institutions who will have put the scheme in place. It's also bit rich that a VB poster is preaching to anyone about objectivity.

    Cruciate injuries to both knees put him out of action for two full season's but was injury-free in 13/14. He will be dirt cheap.

    They will be hoping to inject just enough to get through this year with a promotion at the end of it. Season tickets will fly out the door for a return to the top league, so if they are not forced out before then, they will have the club in the grip of their iron fist. If promotion is not gained....a scorched earth policy?

    Football flourished as a spectator sport due to the entertainment that was served up by the players on the pitch. It is supposed to be enjoyable to watch. Introducing computer games into the equation doesn't make your argument any more engaging.
