  1. None of this is about the interests of Rangers and the financial damage from the legal fees today are nothing compared to the reputational damage and subsequent scaring off of investment that such a sorry show brings. Ashley and King are swinging their cocks at each other while the two clubs that they control sit in the gutter.
  2. I will judge the difference between someone's words and their actions - along with the bullshit that is spouted during stage-managed interviews and press conferences.
  3. He made that decision before he inherited anything. Read his periodical sound bites from when he was on the outside looking in and you will see him planning to spend millions of his own money to overhaul Celtic.
  4. Green, I will give you, but Whyte? Please don't make me trawl through endless pages of RM archives. I think that everyone should be put under the same scrutiny, Rangers men or not. The silence from the various fan organisations has been deafening, if not unsurprising. Even this place looks like FF Lite!
  5. He shouldn't have been in any doubt as to how bad the infrastructure would be. Everyone else could see that there were numerous problems mounting up and that the ST boycott that he instigated was only going to exacerbate things. If he was caught by surprise after the years of planning that he had, he should be shot.
  6. That comes across as cliche-ridden spin that Jack Irvine would be proud of. That's fine if you want to go down that road, but given your previous, it smacks of double standards.
  7. How exactly does that help in the first 6 - 9 months? Also, see this share issue, how much will it bring in? There is currently £3m in loans that are apparently going to be converted into shares, but no detail on the price that they will get them at. What will be left after costs and the loans are cleared?
  8. Why are they not injecting cash in order to fix the stadium; get a proper scouting set-up off the ground; or to provide a £5m interest free loan without any add-ons which affect other revenue streams? All we have had so far are a couple of Provi loans to keep the lights on. Should questions not be asked about whether that constitutes "hitting the ground running"?
  9. Perhaps you could explain why the same deal was described as having "double-digit" interest rates when it was first announced. King stated that there had been enough games played over the last few years but that his arrival would see all that end, so why are we now being subjected to yet another pissing contest with the support being further torn apart and next to nothing happening to bring about the promised rebuild?
  10. I slapped on the Our Tune theme and read that in the voice of Simon Bates. Works a treat.
  11. I highlighted that in my first post of the thread. You dismissed it as rubbish.
  12. There are plenty of honest comments on this very thread. You just don't like the honesty in them. Making derogatory comments about the very people that she is there to represent is where the problem lies. If she does the decent thing and resigns, she will be free to make whatever comments she so wishes, and out of the spotlight, nobody will care one little bit.
  13. Spot on, SBS. He thinks he is being cute by steering this towards some sort of freedom of speech angle. I don't believe that her comments on Houston have been given much attention on the thread, it is her position as a representative which is under scrutiny.
  14. Yet, here we have you coming on to defend her but no sign of the lady herself.
  15. She's in there doing her Daddy's bidding. She and Papa were slagging off a section of the fans at Livingston, despite not even being in the same area of the ground. This was even before she had attended her first RFB meeting. I see her usual apologist has turned up.
  16. In the event of decent men taking control at the club, I would like to see them organise something to be done through official channels with both of these schemes being wound up. That is definitely something that I could buy into.
  17. Why are you equating what went down on Friday night to any of the above? A few guys got a bit boisterous and their were unsubstantiated claims made about assaults taking place. Since then it has grown arms and legs with talk of the two employees having suffered (non-specific) injuries and concerns raised that those actions could have scuppered the attempts to remove the board. One even crassly described it as a disaster. There is your hand-wringing.
  18. I would do if I knew what you were referring to. I have a feeling that it won't be at all relevant to what you were claiming, but I'm willing to have a look.
  19. Aye, report themselves like all those who have entered the ground under the influence of alcohol or have committed a breach of the peace by using foul and abusive language? Lead the way, brother. This hand-wringing is reaching epic levels.
  20. What, and put themselves up for a stadium ban from the very people that they are protesting against, not to mention an immediate banning order due to the draconian laws that only football supporters are subjected to? That idea should fly.
  21. I have no real problem with it, but how would it stop any of the above stories from being penned? The Telegraph are an example in point. They were banned from Newcastle, yet they still dish up the dirt on Ashley, indeed, they probably dig deeper than they did originally.
