  1. Dio for me too, but Propper and Ingamane in contention. Dio in particular took some very rough treatment from the start of the game, and as mentioned, had zero protection from Walsh. Propper starting to influence the youngters around him and now with his goal threat, I can see him settling alongside Souttar as first picks when he returns to fitness.
  2. Certainly didn't seem out of place. I suspect this might happen for him naturally as he enters the twilight of his career. Or potentially into a midfield role
  3. Wait till they hear that Brenda is on £80k pw
  4. Man U 1 - 2 Rangers FGS Ingamane
  5. Think I said it previously but I wouldn't be surprised that if part of the deal to get Hagi back playing this season, was that he had far more control over his future going forward. Be that a reduced price release clause, or perhaps as it might seem now, a reduced contract term. Whatever the truth, I hope this independent football department review spends some time looking at how the Hagi situation was handled.
  6. Rangers 3 -2 Sheep FGS Ingamane
  7. I swing between both answers. On the one hand we can't keep changing managers and expecting to develop consistency. On the other hand, results aren't good enough and fan sentiment seems to have got to the point of no return.
  8. Dundee 1 - 4 Rangers FGS Ingamane
  9. A thoroughly entertaining thread to catch up on. Well done lads!
  10. St Boo 0 - 3 Rangers fgs ingamane
  11. Wouldn't surprise me that part of the deal to get Hagi back playing was that he is in far more control over his next move, potentially with some sort of release clause agreed.
  12. Rangers 5 - 0 Dundee FGS Cerny
  13. Being realistic though, he's likely to have had a number of interactions with senior people and board members as part of the interview process as well as post-announcement. He likely already has a "warts-and-all" view of the club, but his job is to lead the club on a day-to-day basis, and that means bringing people with you as much as it does about making tough decisions. If I was in his shoes, I imagine his message to the Board is that everyone gets a clean slate, and that he will evaluate all aspects of the club personally, or with perhaps a small team of people he trusts, with a view to presenting his findings to the Board along with recommendations for change. Discretion in the early stages I would say, is the right approach.
  14. I think its a simple moment of hesitation. Call it inexperience. CVV however positions himself well, and makes him choose to go on the outside by narrowing the option on the inside. To take advantage of the extra man on the inside he may well have needed two touches and that would have given CVV time to hold up play to and get runners back into defensive positions.
  15. I guess I'm just speculating whether its the new CEO exerting influence already. I imagine we will hear about his views on the club on RTV when he starts.
  16. Says a lot that I left Ibrox feeling disappointed we didn't get 3 points. Credit to the Manager. He's had a lot of stick lately. Mostly deserved. And whichever analyst it was that found Ingamane initially, deserves a payrise.
  17. Raskin for me, he was all over their midfield. Superb
  18. Interesting. Seems like he was doing the job from London most of the time, so perhaps not the greatest surprise with a new CEO about to start.
  19. Rangers 2 - 2 Spurs FGS Dessers, Or if he doesn't start: Ingamane
  20. @CammyF your role as pantomime villain is secure!
  21. Oh Compo you old tease!
  22. Rangers 3-1 Killie fgs Danilo
