  1. Indeed, they had bought future ST's before but for set amounts and for the following season. Alarm bells had to be ringing that a) They weren't dealing with who they usually dealt with in previous transactions b) The scale of the amount being sold c) that it was for the following season and beyond. There's no chance in hell they never sought assurances from people within the board, none! and I suspect if it had been P. Murray, King, Johnston, Bain, McClelland or Grieg that the deal would have taken until late November 2011 until the support learned of the deal via the pres
  2. Muir the big Rangers man eh. I hope he develops a conscience and it eats away at him like a flesh eating virus.
  3. Someone within the club HAD to have rubber stamped the sale of future ST's. I hope to fuck it comes out as a result of these arrests.
  4. I don't believe a word of that really, I was pretty gobsmacked he hit out with that after offering the administrators £6m for the assets after Green' consortium had been gifted the club. King can call for a boycott all he wants, it's now a personal decision for each and every bear to make. Personally I cannot justify spending a penny on Rangers while it is owned and being run in the manner it has been... I don't blame other bears who do continue to go though. It's not an easy decision to make.
  5. Would it maybe relate to the floating charge then and lead to Whyte
  6. No, they wanted BDO. Whyte's lawyers fought tooth and nail to have D&P appointed, sadly they got their way and we are where we are now. Clark & Whitehouse being detained opens up a whole can of worms though.
  7. Hard to say that when competing bidding parties were tabling such God awful rivaling bids, TBK and Kennedy's last ditch offer was excruciatingly bad. The night Kennedy spoke of "blood on their hands" with regards to Clark and Whitehouse I was still shell shocked at how poor the terms of their bid were to figure out what he meant.
  8. From the sun's twiiter handle. Whitehouse and Clark being detained makes this very interesting indeed. Doesn't help us in the here and now though.
  9. Gary Whithey and David Greer two of the four men according to McLaughlin. Still none the wiser as to which takeover this relates to
  10. Muir was Lloyd's man on the Rangers board, if they played a hand in this then I imagine Muir orchestrated it on behalf of his employers.
  11. Whyte still hiding in Costa Rica? Going to have a wee guess as to who has been detained. Grier, Whitey, Muir and Earley
  12. Kilmarnock ended up signing him, it's not as tho he was setting the heather on fire at the time. I'm far from McCoist's biggest cheerleader but any suggestion he doesn't want Boyd to surpass his goal scoring record has to be nonsense.
  13. Welcome to Rangers under our current custodians, should have told them to ram it from the outset. BH's dismissal tho isn't exactly a loss to anyone but himself.
  14. I'm finding difficulties in drawing parallels between Boyd and Hardie.... what do you mean exactly?
  15. I don't think a board led initiative whatever it was - was ever going to provide unity of any kind.
  16. Indeed, but Hardie can only score against what's in front of him, they were still well executed finishes.
  17. Watched this last night, he's got bundles of potential. He should be with the first team and be getting on if / when we've games wrapped up, it wouldn't heap any pressure on him and be non exhaustive so he could continue to turn out for the U20's.
  18. There's also be immediate trust from a huge number of these missing 15k which would help us from hemorrhaging money, alas tho, we are Mike Ashley's to do with as he pleases..
  19. Never seen the point in the RFB. How can anyone take it seriously given the circumstances? that's not to say there aren't good bears on the board. BH, never met you, don't doubt you are a bear etc but you've pulled some inconceivable stunts in your time so not going to get all misty eyed over this.
