Creative play from Davis, but Tavernier's cross is wayward.

Ha! Kent finds space, and worked a shot for himself. The shot is very tame, though.

It just occurred to me that Kent is playing. He's marked out the game, but he's also not finding space like Arfield is through his movement.

Again, I can't help feel Morelos would have taken these chances.

Delightful from Davis, there. Passing move, chips it into Arfield in the box, Davis played in again, but the cross is deflected wide.

Defoe through in on goal after controlling a nice through-ball from Tavernier, but his shot is wide. Poor finish from a good move and situation.

Arfield takes a long range strike at goal, but it's always rising.

Dangerous in-swinging free-kick from Tavernier, but Goldson was offside.

Another great passing move releases Tavernier out wide. Decent cross, which drops to Defoe but his shot is deflected out for a goal-kick.

Not for me. He's not done anything after a promising start at Villarreal. He also played for them a few years back. We can do better.

I think we've made clever signings. Stewart, Jones and Hastie are widely considered to be among the best talents in the league, outside the Old FIrm. It makes sense to hoover-up the best talent in the league to fill out our squad. I also think they fit straight into the wide-forward positions that are absolutely vital in our 4-3-3. It's a position we're light in, with only Candeias, Kent, Murphy and Middleton 'natural' wide-forwards. Kent is unlikely to be here next season, and Middleton is not quite suited, as he's more of an out-and-out winger. Arfield has been playing there recently, and, I think, has done a wonderful job and should start in that position from now on. Are they going to improve the starting XI? Difficult to say. Maybe. Jones is maybe a better creator than what we have, and Stewart is maybe a better goal-threat than what we have in those positions. We still need acquisitions of quality in key positions that will improve our starting XI.

I think Andre Gray is out of our league. He's 27, @MacK1950

I don't think he'll be sold anyway. He should be part of first-team plans next season, even if just a squad player.

I think Leeds are done, unfortunately. The predicted burn-out has set in. They've struggled in their last few games. However, I agree, that play-off line-up does look very hard to predict.

Katic was better than Goldson today, but neither really deserved it, IMO. Davis absolutely strolled it, so he'd be my choice.

You're right, of course. I meant score-wise.
