You've not read what I've written. The players we have in our squad should be good enough to beat the run of the mill teams and would be if coached properly. There are no meaningless OF games, Celtic were trying as much in the 2 we won as they were in any of the games they won. Bad players / teams don't get to EL quarter finals. The issue we have is is more suited to our style of play than the SPL is. Again, that's down to coaching.

But to some, they are still beyond criticism. They are 100% to blame for the clusterfuck we are enduring.

They are good enough. We've beaten Celtic twice in the league this season and are in the quarter finals of the EL. We aren't coached well enough. Clement blamed Beale's pre-seaon for the players being slow, unfit and injury-prone and "promised" to make it better. He made it worse. Our issue isn't beating "good teams" as they open up and attack us, giving us space and time to play. We struggle when a team comes and plays a low block. We struggle because we are too slow, unfit and badly coached.

Not arguing that Butland is the answer, but neither is Kelly. Has the worst record of any SPL keeper when he played for Livingston.

Any manager/coach worth their salt will quickly work out how to beat teams in the SPL. In fact, all they need to do is watch our games from this season and do the opposite. We are slow, disjointed, unfit, play pedestrian style of football. Get the players fit / mobile and play a quick passing, relentless style and we'll blow teams away. It's not about budget, it's about getting the players fit, motivated and playing a style others can't handle. Junior teams could set up to be hard to breakdown against us.

Maybe not but its a start. We are regressing at an alarming rate on and off the pitch, something drastic needs to happen and that's the takeover. Chris Graham sums it up perfectly

The issue we have is those waiting in the wings have shown they are no better than Butland. Kelly is inconsistent at best and Munn untested and we can't throw him into a game like Thursday's.

The sooner this season is over and the sooner the takeover is complete the better.

Another disjointed first half performance. Hibs scored with their only shot (what was Butland doing) and we've missed a host of chances. Let's see of BFs half-time team talk can inspire us into yet another comeback.

That's not what I said though. Dessers record is almost 1 in 2 games over ALL competitions in less than 2 seasons. Quite a record no matter how you want to portray it. Simon Murray isn't our player, he scores goals, no doubt about it, but so did Shankland. I'd have neither at Ibrox as first, or 2nd choice striker. Weirdly, Danilo, who has contributed the square root of nothing compared to Dessers escapes the scrutiny, abuse and negativity that Dessers unfairly receives.

No striker scores every chance. If he was more prolific, he wouldn't be at Rangers and would have cost considerable more than 5 million.

Missed 1st half as was working but caught most of the 2nd half. For me it's between Tav & Dessers - Tav - 1 goal and 2 assists. His goal sparked the "comeback" and he assisted the winning goal. Dessers - 12 shots, 9 on target and the winning goal from a striker who just never gives up and keeps scoring. Tav just shades it for me

Last night saw Dessers play his 100th game for Rangers and score his 45th goal and he's not been here for 2 full seasons. Shows a few things; 1. He is always available. 2. He scores goals both domestically and in Europe. 3. He never, ever hides despite the despicable treatment he received fron our own fans. 4. We'd be far worse without him. 5. He's the best striker we have at the club. 6. Far more pressing issues with the team / squad than "replacing" him.

It was a poor attempt at sarcasm - think I've been one of his staunchest (sic) defenders on here.

Whilst we started poorly, didn't play to our full potential, you can't argue with the spirit to come back from 2-0 and then 3-1 down to win 4-3. Barry Ferguson isn't what we need going forward but you can't fault him for instilling a bit of fight, belief and passion to this team.
