Rumours are both are bad - Rice was similar to Danilo's facial injury and Sterling's is achilles. Hopefully that's incorrect but looks like they'll be out for a while.

Reading we've accumulated more coefficient points this season than we did the year we got to thr final.

It is a free hit for us but it's a huge step up in quality. We tend to reserve our best performances for Thursday evenings but Fenerbahce ripped us apart at Ibrox as did Lyon in the group stages. I'm not too bothered if we progress or not but want us to avoid a heavy defeat. Our European squad is "lightweight", we have a few missing due to injury and suspension, I fear Thursday us going to be a long, hard and uncomfortable evening.

But as an "institution" they are Tories so would therefore think, as an institution they'd be supportive of Israel.

I'm sure I read somewhere that CD has a better goals per game or minute ratio than Morelos (that's an invite for @Rousseau to prove me wrong). 😀 All strikers miss chances, McCoist did, Hateley did, Boyd did, Kenny Miller did, but the 4 mentioned above played in "partnerships" rather than a lone striker.

But very inconsistent and been on a bad run since Brugge knocked them out of the CL. Surprisingly, Brugge looked comfortable against them (home and away). For every 4 or 5 nil victory there is a 1-0 defeat. Lost their last 3 games since winning 4-0 away to Juventus. On their day, a great team to watch but very frustrating and inconsistent.

Yeah, good at asking questions, but terrible at answering them. He did admit to a lack of knowledge of other leagues, so his soul / complete data-set is Scottish football. It's a wonder he entered a conversation / debate regarding league reconstruction with no knowledge of how other leagues work or how competitive they are as a result of their structure. Maybe alterior motives but that would be derailing the thread. I think the overall response to the thread shows that most who entered the debate believe that reconstruction needs to happen for the development of the Scottish game. Not that it's going to happen anytime soon as some clubs won't vote for less OF games and sponsors and TV companies won't back it either.

I actually meant to put "top" leagues as you'll find lower leagues can and are competitive, like the English Championship (even our championship can be competitive at times).

That's true with most leagues so not restricted to Scotland
