I don't see any head protection, tut tut.:admin: With our injury record i'm suprised Walter didn't insist on the wearing of helmets. Didn't Klos hurt himself on a bike a couple of seasons ago???
  2. Oh yes, just checked the league and I'm top. Come on!!!!:box: :box:
  3. There is a notice on the main page about users not being able to access their mini leagues. They are working on it and it should be resolved soon.
  4. Anyway there are only approx 3 hours left to make any changes so most people wont read my post until it's too late:p
  5. Oops sorry. Now that I think about it I can imagine it would piss a few people off. :brick: But in the interests of fair play an all that.
  6. It's got to be France and Italy on paper but the Romanians could prove everyone wrong.
  7. I shouldn't be giving away my secrets (well it's not a secret really if you read the rules) but I can see from most of your teams that you don't realise you can make 3 transfers every day. So theres no point filling your team with players from France, Holland, Spain because they're not playing until Monday/Tuesday.
  8. Nice one. We're getting some decent numbers. I'm doing one at work and we've only got 4 so far.
  9. I'm in the queue. Helensburgh Loyal - Gordon Trail. You need to approve me before I am confirmed.
  10. Welcome to the forum. I totally agree. I've not missed any home league games this season, and took in my 6 allocated away games. I went to every CIS and Scottish Cup home game plus semis and finals and I went to the UEFA Final in Manchester. By the time I got back home from Pittodrie on the last night (approx 0130am) I felt physically and mentally exhausted from all the stresses of the season. It felt great last Saturday to not have any football to worry about, I was in really high spirits and the weather was fantastic. I'm sure in a few weeks the excitement will build as the new season approaches and the new signings are unveiled but at the moment I don't miss it one bit.
  11. The only way he will win over the Gers fans will be to score a title winning hat trick at the scumdome. Pull a mooney at the tick supporters then run over to the gers fans lifting his shirt to reveal a giant RFC tatoo across his chest. :rfc: :box: :box:
  12. Sorry, not your suggestions!!! I meant bhangraman1986.
  13. Good point. When out injury/suspension list caught up with us WS continually used players that were clearly not first choice and he completely overlooked the exciting talent coming through our youth system. Furman, Fleck, Lennon and many more have been producing some excellent performances for the reserves.
  14. If I remember correctly it was Fiorentina Cousin was sent off against. Anyway IMO neither of them warrant a first team place but the difference is that Novo's indiscretions are through his passion for the club and the supporters like to see this in a player. What Cousin did was just stupidity. I actually think he has the technical ability to be a very good player but I don't think he is very bright and is very lazy. Novo will always be a good squad player.
  15. Let's here some of your suggestions. IMO the coverage of our UEFA cup run in England has done wonders to raise our profile in England so I genuinely believe we should be able to attract a higher standard of player than we have in recent seasons. The problem is can we afford them? As a few people on here have commented our squad is not that far away from being a real force for years to come so should Walter spend on 2 or 3 high quality players or should he go for 6 or 7 mediocre or future star type players??
  16. Anyone got one of the spreadsheet planner thingy's for Euro 2008 yet? If so, share the wealth!!!
  17. He is living in dreamland if he thinks he's good enough to play in the PL. His attitude is appalling and what WS sees in him is beyond me. He has had approx 4-5 decent games this season which is nowhere near good enough at this level. I honestly believe we will struggle to recoup any money for this complete waste of space.
  18. A mate sent me the following text. What is your opinion on this. **Quote** Phil O'Donnell died, I believe, on boxing day, rendering Celtic unable to play on Jan 2nd due to being "Too distraught" at the loss of a player who had played a handfull of games 10 years ago. On 15th May, a true Celtic legend, who has been with the club since he was a boy and was still actively involved with the club right up until his unfortuntate death, passed away with dignity. This time however, the celtic players don't seem "Too distraught" and are more than willing to play when all their players are fit and there's a league to be won! Draw your own conclusions! **Unquote** As morbid as it is I am very surprised that Celtic (or even Tommy Burns' family) didn't ask to have all of last weekends games postponed as a mark of respect.

Hey!! I hope that's not directed at me. LOL!! I pity the fool
  20. Agreed but some of the comments from fans in manchester supports this idea
  21. But I still blame the SPL and not Walters tactics or the players
  22. except they were very sucessful playing like that, so far we've only won the league cup
  23. I know what you mean. I have a ticket for the game but it means taking an afternoon off work and I probably wont get back until the early hours of friday morning. The sad thing is when i got news i'd got a ticket i was over the moon and was so sure this game would be to wrap up the title. Now i feel so sick after going to motherwell on saturday i'm not sure i even want to go.
  24. Unbelievable scenes from Ibrox. I'm leaving at 1700 tonight after work but I'd be as well going now because I can't concentrate one bit.
  25. I'll be going between both througout the day so keep the Gersnet flag flying high.
