  1. I'm only really on to drop off last nights edited pod and then I'm off again. Thanks for all the well wishes folks I really appreciate it.
  2. Apart from the referee and stand side linesman who were shocking with their decisions. Never a penalty and the rebound scored from Cox who was inside the box before the penalty was taken and shouldn't have counted all missed by the officials. Then there are the two right sided Rangers defenders who contrived to put us under pressure at every opportunity in the second half. Our midfield went to sleep in the second half standing off their players and hardly contested a forward ball from them. We were extremely sloppy in there and never gave our front two any service at all. Yes we won the game and are through but we wont get away with that sort of performance against our next opponents and our B team should be switched on at all time if they are trying to make the first team.
  3. Between Thompson, McCauley and Flannagan it was a toss up to see who could fu<k it up the most.
  4. The difference for me today was Katic attacking the ball, cutting out any attempts to slip it through, carrying it forwards up to and across the half way line when needed and the speed at which McCrorie moves the ball in an attacking sense. Worral still looked iffy from my perspective although he did make some clearing headers. It shows when they moved Menga from being on Katic over to Worral because big Nik had him in his back pocket. We could have scored a few more goals but 0-3 away at Livi I'll take that all day long.
  5. The point being made was that in live cases its not supposed to happen.
  6. Yes you are and furthermore you are allowing your dislike of a public figure to cloud your judgement before any conviction is reached. I've never been a member of a political party nor do I vote for political parties during elections. I chose to use my vote very differently from the vast majority of voters. My concern is that such a high profile case could be hampered by speculation. Remember there are reasons why Admin remind posters to be careful in threads concerning Rangers court cases. Its clear we disagree on how the law is carried out and what constitutes possible prejudice. I'm perfectly comfortable with this and have no need or desire to seek parity with you on the subject.
  7. Forgive me I forgot you are an expert on every thing.
  8. As far as I'm aware the case was heard in private so no it isn't.
  9. Listing charges in and of itself is not necessarily prejudicing anything however given that its a high profile case and that the accused has a) been named and b) had charges listed, especially given their public profile is skating on very thin ice and is frowned upon by the courts and are only allowed to do that if they don't realise they could influence any possible outcome. This will be a jury case which could prove to be crucial. I would personally prefer the case to be water tight with no possible technicalities messing it up especially if there is a possibility that the accused is guilty.
  10. It wouldn't be like this in GONZOSTAN... off to the gulag with em allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  11. I understand that the press have run these stories. Where did they get this information from in a live case? It has possible ramifications prejudicing future cases publishing detail like Guido Fawkes has. Regardless of what any of us think of this man everyone is innocent until convicted and respect of the law should be paramount!
  12. Yeah veracity. There is no reference source or citation other than Guido Fawkes itself either on the website or via twitter.
  13. I don't know if there is any veracity in the above. What is clear is that he was appearing at court this morning where he was arrested and charged under the contempt of court act and has now left court.
  14. They [Kilmarnock] are a counter attacking team. They did what it says on the tin.
  15. They didnt get goals from nowhere. Brophy earned his goal by pressing up on Worrall and making him fuck it up. If that was Alfie we'd be singing his praises and adding another million to his price tag. Jones took up position just inside Tav between him and the pensioner, the ball is played over the top of our midfield into that space Jones picks it up runs at him knowing he's no pace takes it a couple of yards inside and bang its off into the bottom left hand corner. You simply cant give a player like Jones that amount of space or time on the ball in and around the box cause he will punish you. No mate none of their goals were either lucky or from nothing they two lads worked hard to make the space and earn the right to shoot at goal.
  16. Its a problem when they are targeting buses with kids, women and pensioners on. We know they've got previous for that. Its not about them fighting man on man cause they don't and when they do get caught up in that type of scenario they generally pick up second prizes and union flag cushions.
  17. From that Stevie G seems to be getting pretty hacked off at those players on the left who've been injured.
  18. I thought their player Dahlström bossed the game for long periods. McRorie (GK) probably out a bit too quick for their second.
  19. Looks to be built a bit like Bobby Russel. if he's half the player he'll be a cracker.
  20. Complete change of personnel for Rangers starting the 2nd half. McRorie Barasic, Katic, MCauly, Houston. Middleton, Coulibally, McRorie, Kelly, Candieas Lafferty
  21. I'm not sure what it is we're playing sometimes it looks like a 4-4-2 diamond and at others a 4-3-3. I know its a friendly and he's gone with the centre back pairing to get minutes in legs but you can really see the weakness in both Flanagan and Worralls game. Flanagan for me seems to lack awareness of where he is on the pitch couple with his lack of pace shows why he's not been getting game time. Worrall on the other hand has had a couple of decent tackles but either tends to get drawn towards the ball or gets too tight to his man needs to work on his concentration. Jack and Arfield in the middle of the park have been pretty decent. Davis range of passing has been good to see. Kent has looked busy at times but final ball hasn't been there. If we're going to play with Defoe in that position I'd like to see us get him in more, his runs have been excellent, as the service to him has been lacking.
