  1. Trying to think in my head what they might do? I agree 10% is a lot, and quite an increase, I reckon it's about right tho m8, wages will increase if we want to attract players plus the product we are receiving is of an alleged much higher quality. They may freeze kids prices? I'm budgeting 10% anyway, don't reckon that will be far off the mark?
  2. Aye, I'm expecting about 10%, I asked TO a while back and they said as soon as league officially won they would announce. They are normally rapid out the blocks. That's why I thought we would have heard this week?
  3. It's that time of year and I got to he email about renewing online same as everyone else which I will do as it's easier. Does anyone have any idea of what the price increase will be?? I thought there would have been a press release or something on club site by now? I'm not sitting here worrying about it would just like to know? Does anyone think it will be on or around 10%?? Or if anyone is in "the know" could you let us know? WATP
  4. Nice message of support, met with the usual bitter, twisted misinformed uneducated bile that comes from the residents of the farmyard! 55 here we come WATP:54:
  5. yeh just checked weather, positively Caribean maaaaaaan!! highs of up to 12 degrees and sun splitting the skys!! Heatwave:party::cheers:
  6. Would be great if waggy could get 15-20 mins if he was fit? If not would like to see us start with 11 players best suited to get the job done before half time, then rest those we want to keep protected for game v mhanks.
  7. I agree the guy is morally destitute and imo knew exactly what he was doing when he sold the club to Whyte. To say our achievements were piss poor is a stretch I feel, 9 in a row was under his stewardship(should have been 10) last 16 of champions league(should have reached last 8, still mind Kriss Boyd missing a sitter in Spain!) and that will never be forgotten in our history(tragically neither will he:mad:) that aside though and for what happened to us, the running of our club over his final 5-10 years was an absolute disgrace. Run into the ground and stripped by someone who if he had any morals or decency should be thoroughly ashamed of himself and a lot would say investigated in the same way that has befallen his cohort that he sold our club too.
  8. Cant really disagree with that point, its very fair and tbh the wound, many would feel is still quite deep at the moment, so personally I would agree however should he be there and receives an invite I will still respect that and understand that was the feelings of our board.
  9. Wow, this is a very emotional topic. Trying to be objective and play devils advocate here, I believe DJ knows there is a feeling of deep unease around McCoist's past and what happened during his time as Rangers manager. The fact he continued to receive money from the club while he was no longer actively employed and knowing the dire financial difficulties that we have faced while professing his undying love the club, I am positive does not sit well with many bears, many would say rightly so. Lets be honest here, if DJ hadn't wrote that article and brought this into the public domain and McCoist had just turned up "paying at the gate" as some would say, unannounced, I would suggest there may have been an issue with some bears regarding that, so for the sake of public order it made sense to bring this into the public domain. As far as his legacy goes, yes, he did galvanise us when we were at our lowest, and its easy to forget that, he certainly hasn't helped himself with his dealing before he left, however he did bring us up and through two leagues through the darkest point in our history, and yes a lot of people would say anyone could have done that, however I didn't see a que of people lining up to ask for the job though. I'm not on making a point either defending or attacking McCoist, just trying to put an objective view on it. Imo, any former manager should be welcome at ibrox, I agree he should pay at the gate but we all know that isn't going to happen as no other previous manager would be asked to do that either. He shouldn't be taking any bows in front of the crowd or lapping up any plaudits, however as a former manager and as someone who at least didn't jump ship like a lot of players did(he could have went back to his cushy media number) we should at least act like adults and acknowledge his positive achievements, mainly as a player, and a legendary player, if the board who we have entrusted to be custodians of our club invite him, and the same as any other manager afford him the pleasure of attending our title party. Just my opinion guys, everyone entitled to their own. WATP.
  10. There will be a few soap dodgers with pains in their left arms listening to that!! The saviour of Scottish football, then, now and forevermore The Mighty Glasgow Rangers:54:
  11. Apart from depressing me again about not having a ticket for the following sunday:laugh: I have to agree with the OP, however we are in every cup to win it, we are in the final, and its a full house, not a ticket to be had, which mean again almost 50k bears(the real greatest fans in the world) will be at hampden expectant of a good victory and a performance not as lethargic as Tuesday night. Its a good dress rehersal, gives the players a bit of an advantage having a game on the pitch the week before and yes we can give Billy King and Michael O'Halloran a definite start as they will be cup tied. Although MW/DW may want to start with the same 11 that will the following sunday. Personally its our first chance to see us lift silverware:champs: so am looking forward to it, will be a party atmosphere and lets be honest defeat is unthinkable. Lets hope we can get it over and done with in the first half and then rest anyone who MW/DW feel needs the protection for the game v the soap stealers the week after:rfc:
  12. Think it was the "Ronnie Roar" sounds like something you would tell a 5 year old to do when it was their birthday Ffs! Tbh, the sheep have thrown it away this year, they have had plenty of chances and you never know, might still do it if his Norwegian trawler hits an iceberg!! Can you imagine if the sheep pumped them, I really dislike the sheep but that would be some party lol
  13. I still have a feeling the pondlife are in more financial strife than had come to light yet, they haven't got bundles to spend, if they do, it's not their money they are spending. We will compete just fine, they are already using their BBC And general media machine against us! We could do very well next year and they could very well implode! WATP
  14. Aye, couldn't agree more but we have at least 4 games v the filthy mhanks next year, which means our seats in the family stand will need bleaching at least twice next year after they have left their skid marks on every seat in the broomy. Just get right into them all, we are back, they don't like it and we don't care! I for one will Never forgive nor Forget! WATP!
  15. That wee ginger sock sniffer sticking his snout in looking for his old job back! Tbh it certainly wouldn't surprise me if he got it. Odious little reptile that he is! You must be well up for the game m8, I've only got Sunday to look forward too☹️ I will be on CCC next year, not going through this again! Gutted never got a breif in ballot?
  16. Be a sell out m8, fast! Last time I had a look on stadium plan there wasn't that many left. Another full house and party atmosphere at home!?
  17. I'm off, got a few things to do en route to the ground. Enjoy the game lads and lassies, WATP:crest:nshappy:
  18. Great stuff!! looking forward to seeing it.
  19. Yessssssss!!! Loving it Ian:yesrfc: I'm like a fucking waen at xmas(I'm taking an 8 year old tomorrow, shes calm:lol:) place will be Rocking:bouncy: This is why we turn up at all the other games and this is what makes being born a bear the greatest feeling in the world!! WATP:rfc:
  20. Oh guys, please no, ive already ranted on here once about this subject and I have only been on here for a month I think:laugh2: Same around me, 75 mins(even before sometimes) they start shifting and generally getting in the way. Would you leave 75mins through a 90min movie after paying a £10 to get in at Cineworld?? Eh, No. Anyway, I doubt we will see the usual suspecst hop off there seat as if their coupon has just come up on 75mins tomorrow. It will be Partteeeeeeeeeee all round:rfcbouncy: and I for one will give them a break for the week. Its celebration time:champs: I wish my missus was here to see it, she was a huge bear(metaphorically speaking:laugh2: ) I'm sure she will be with us all somewhere watching us get back to where we belong!! WATP.
  21. A nothing of a club, a nothing of a support and zero dignity or class, yup that would sum up an outfit followed by a shower of second class mhanks without a bar of carbolic between their grubby wee arse cheeks:eek2: Horrible little club followed by filthy little individuals who could do with said soap being gargled in their gub! Good riddance and goodbye, no more money from us!!
  22. All tickets sold, sell out, not a breif to be had. It's going to be a great atmosphere, electrical, this is it lads!!?
  23. Yeh, I have thought Leicester have been a revelation, goes without saying really, all season. What a solid back line they have, it has been their rock all season and will win them the title I think. The way the held the ball over the last 5 mins and then the 5 mins injury time was fantastic. As I said on another post, I watched the classico last night and these guys at the back know when to do the easy things, keep it tight, and just defend when that's whats needed. We really need to learn to know how to keep the ball and finish a game off and stop losing crazy goals through mainly lack of concentration.
  24. Tbh, looking at that Miller looks ever so slightly behind him! I imagine the "assistant referee" was counting his fingers at that point? Not to worry m8, we won't fuck it up on Tuesday, we can't, I've bet my left go-nad on it ffs?
  25. Cheers m8! It's actually quite good they do free shout outs for st holders. shes looking forward to her first cup final 2 at Petro, brainwashing complete? I'm telling u, I mind when I swore I would never have a conversation like this? I am not getting old? Gona be a good night. 3-1 bears coz Kermit and Hermit CHs will still lose a goal?
